Minooy has good customer service, great response time, fast shipping. The Aphrodite cross body bag is perfect for this person on the go. I particularly like the handle which I grab when getting out of the car!! I do think they could afford to offer a flat return shipping rate.

Exactly as described and worth the money!
I received my bag an incredible three days after ordering. It was EXACTLY as described and it’s beautiful. It came in a grey velvet bag within a black box with a magnetic closure. I have several entry level designer and collectible handbags. I would consider my Naya Crossbody from Minooy to be of similar quality and, in some ways, better design. I researched the company carefully because I’ve been burned before with bags made in China. I am very happy with my purchase and I am considering other bags in different colors.

I have done 3 purchase with this company and I can truly say it has been a pleasure. This customer service is not only reliable, but concerns are answered quickly.
Dealing with a company in China was also a concern for me at the time, but it is not even a thought now.

I ordered a small Crossbody bag from…
I ordered a small Crossbody bag from Minooy. The top zipper was not installed properly , it does not lay flat and twists inward. Minooy acknowledges that they missed this in the quality process. They want me to pay for postage, and to ship the bag back to them before they replace it. I’m not willing to take any risk for their poor quality control. Because they are based in another country, we have no leverage to get them to act fairly. Do not deal with these people.

We would like to clarify that we never intended for you to take any risk or bear any loss on your side. Due to a temporary system upgrade, we are currently unable to generate prepaid return labels. Therefore, our exchange process at the moment is to first ask customers to ship the item back and share the return tracking information with us. Once we receive the return shipping details, we will compensate the return shipping cost and arrange the replacement within 24–48 hours. This has been our standard exchange procedure.
Regarding the shape issue of the bag, slight deformation may sometimes occur due to pressure during storage. To help maintain the bag’s shape when not in use, we recommend placing soft filling material inside the bag for support.
At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding service. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will continue improving our process in the future.
We are still very grateful that you appreciate the style and design of our bags. If possible, we kindly ask you to send us the return shipping information at your earliest convenience. Once received, we will immediately arrange the replacement for you within 24–48 hours.

I purchased the Naya crossbody bag recently for my trip to France and it worked beautifully. Small enough to carry sightseeing and big enough to hold two pairs of glasses, a pocket for my phone and all my credit cards and essentials. Plus it has theft prevention. It looked so cute too!

Very Very bad service.
I ordered a purse. the picture showed a purse with a shoulder strap. It came without. Terrible communication. They asked me to send a picture of the problem. Duh! No shoulder strap. Uploaded a picture of a purse with no shoulder strap. Then nothing. I've emailed them and still nothing. I told them after a few days that they had shitty service. Then they got nasty and said they wouldn't read my review because it contained "profanity". Hmmm? Don't order from them. They really do have shitty service and I I'm not afraid to say it. No answers

Fake stiff "leather". Poor quality and I have to believe the reviews are not legit. Expect a month for delivery from China. Shop US!. The vendor reply says the leather is high quality. This isn't true as leather doesn't flake and crack!!
