Have had a subscription to Minor Figures oat milk for several months. The latest one has not arrived even though it has already been paid for. Despite contacting the company via several emails (as phone contact is unavailable) they have ignored my emails. Customer service has been nonexistent in this case.

Best oat milk out there, everyone in the house loves it, we have a subscription and still run out regularly ❤️

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. I have a bi monthly shipment and the shipping and customer service has been seamless and incredibly fast. Not to mention this is the best alternative milk on the market.

Been with Minor Figures for a few months now. Ive had nothing great experiences with them. The (organic) barista oat is so delicious that I’ll drink it straight. It’s also the best one in coffee. The non-organic barista is the best in smoothies and for cooking.

I've only ever had two issues:
1) The first non-organic one had crystallised a little but the taste etc was fine. I contacted the support to let them know that it has crystallised. They apologised and gave me a massive discount off my next order with free delivery.

2) I also had an incident with DHL dropping off my parcel at the wrong address. Luckily, the person who got my delivery, drove my milk around to my house. I contacted minor figures about it and they got back to me instantly. They took the issue up directly with DHL and also gave me free delivery on my next box.

Firstly, the best oat milk on the market! The company has a novel approach and make me smile whenever I get my supply! Great service and quick delivery.

I used to swear by this brand of oat milk, but, after having not bought it for a while, I've noticed a distinct change in the flavour. I purchased 3 cartons a few days ago and they all have this earthy, plant-like, taste to them which didnt exist before. Unfortunately, I preferred how they tasted before. They reminded me a lot of just regular cows milk, in terms of taste, but without the gross smell, now they taste like drinking oat milk with some sort of earthy plant blended in to it. A real shame.

Bought a subscription partially because of the free bag that came with it. No bag arrived and my emails and Instagram messages were completely ignored. Very disappointing!

Love the Chai Concentrate. Delivery is great and it makes amazing drinks. Highly recommend.

The customer care team at MF are second to none. Although the website can be a bit trickier than some to navigate, the speed of response to queries raised, and the pleasant helpful manner of the customer care team, are great. I’ve twice dealt with Helana, who is charming. Keep up the good work!

I've been drinking Minor Figures daily for about 3 years now as my milk of choice - I like the branding, taste and it's reasonably priced.

Had an issue with what I thought was "limescale" in the last batch I had, looking on here it seems a few customers have but I will hasten to add that this was the first time I've experienced this in 3 years, drinking two cartons a week.

Anyway, I emailed them to understand if it was safe to drink. Sadly I had to wait three days (although 2 days were the weekend to be fair) and chase for a response so maybe they could be better at checking their inbox, but when it did come Helana was very helpful and has sent a free box of milk to compensate me for the issue.

Purchased Oat Milk that contained crystallised calcium in every carton (6 in total). I contacted customer service and was told they were aware of the issue as other customers had also reported this.

I was told they would send a replacement - this was weeks ago and even though I have contacted them twice to follow up- they have not responded.

This is the poorest customer care I have experienced and will be purchasing other Oat Milk brands going forward.

The care and consideration I received from Minor Figures was awesome. I highly recommend!

Order never delivered after 4 weeks and multiple requests to customer care have been completely ignored. Will be either visiting their offices in person or going to small claims court to get refund.

Delicious milk and really cool to see they’re using regenerative oats now too! Would recommend to anyone, vega or not.
