Customer service reached out to me right away after I called not once but twice to confirm the order and it came on time had absolutely no problems these other reviews are lying they're good to buy from

They will use a delivery company that fakes delivery, then claim they never recieved the returned product. Then they will refuse to refund you. Pretty basic scam between a shady shipper and store. Find a safer place to spend your money. A place that either gets you the product or refunds your money. Stay away from these thieves.

By far the classiest, most ethical, best customer service e-cigs company ever. Mi-Pod (mipod.com) has been anything but stellar in their dealings with us, in every single aspect. My husband loves the taste and ease of use of the disposable cigarettes. The shipping has been fast, accurate, courteous, and predictable. Customer service has been above and beyond. i truly cannot say enough good things about them, and I am a super-picky shopper.

It's particularly impressive and pleasing in a niche where about 70% of the competition companies turn out to be scammers.

I believe this is a scam. But a smart one. The first couple times ordered from them no problem. This last time is a disaster. I contacted customer service and got a smart ass answer, basically telling me once they ship it no longer their responsibility. Tracking is a nightmare. Now I'm out over $200. Thinking about filling complaint with both states attorneys general.

Slowest shipping. Weeks to pick up, weeks sitting at the shipper's warehouses.

I received a shipping notification for my order, which means it was packed and ready to go, however it took over a full week for it to be taken to the post office (you know….to actually be…..shipped). This is the third time I’ve gone through this with this company. If you like refreshing your tracking number on the usps website daily for over a week for any update….at all….that the post office is even aware your package exists, this is the place for you.

Slow shipping, then they hide behind a shipping label and "shipping" status to block a route protection claim. Weeks and weeks of waiting....usps tracking provided for weeks without the package actually moving

I have ordered three times from them. I had a defective vape in one order and they replaced it, ez process! I ordered and received my vapes within 7 days - the slowest part was watching USPS take forever moving the package around. Mipod.com shipped out within 48 hours of the order, so not their fault. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants to try different brands and flavors.

Run far away from them unless you want to wait a month for the horse and buggy Amish to deliver your package. No real tracking number multiple shipping handoffs . TAKES FOREVER!!!!! It’s 2023 we live in a world of same day shipping should not take a month to get your stuff.

Wish I’d read this reviews before place in my order, was only in town for 10 days, you’d think is enough time to get 10 vapes even snail mail lol. They fkn suck, I read on their site before ordering NOWHERE in there says it’ll take an eternity to get to you, and if it does, is somewhere hidden. Bout to leave the country and my order has been saying “waiting for item” for almost a week, so I’m out 120 bucks, hope my Granma enjoys them if they ever get to her house lol. And I sure hope she’s still alive by then. DONT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS, even if my order gets there is way too long, plenty of other options out there that will get your order sooner instead of trying to save a damn penny in shipping.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! After getting completing age verification via ID submission, we all want to know when to expect product shipments. Customer Service Support was great, helping w/ steps thru ID and delivery date. Product was received as estimated. Product is Authentic. Highly Recommend! So I'm going to start this off by saying, the shipping does take forever...however if you read before buying, they explain the shipping process. I ordered my vapes on the 7th, and they were here within the quoted 12 days. They do require signature, but again....it's the law. Some of these reviews are silly, and need reviewed. I'm assuming it's minors that couldn't sign, or someone who always works. Should read about anything before buying.

Now with that being said I love the Funky Lands vapes, and they taste even better than store bought! (I'm assuming they spend some time on the shelves in stores) and the price makes it worth it honestly. Great taste, great shipping speed as quoted. As with the others they don't ship when they state the order has been shipped, they just create the label. They also highly overcharge on the state taxes so that will have to be reported to my state. I will not ever use them again, lesson learned.

This is the worst company to buy from! Don't waste your time or your money at this place! It takes a month to get your shipment from them and they don't care!!!! They use a shipping company FROM INDIA!!!THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Placed a small order with these guys on 09/11. They advertise 1-3 days fulfillment. What they don’t tell you is once fulfilled, it sits at a warehouse for a week before being handed off to a company called Rocketship who then sits on it for 5 days before passing off to another transit carrier who then tells you order will take additional 5-10 days to be sorted before (you guessed it) being handed off to a “final mile” carrier. It’s been 15 days and it hasn’t even got to final step yet. I don’t know why anyone would ship with this method but whatever they’re saving on shipping can’t possibly outweigh what they’re losing in business.

Mipod is an excellent vape online store. They have a large variety of products and some great pricing. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn points which can give you dollar discounts. I think what I like the most about them is the variety of vapes that they have and in each group of apes. There's so many different flavors to choose from. I have not had any issues with them and I enjoy having them to purchase my vapes from. There is a small downside and that is the shipping. Sometimes the shipping takes a little bit longer than you would hope, but I hear that they're working on improving. That. Time will tell!

Tracking says delayed delivery with no expected delivery date.

Uses a terrible shipping company even though their website claims it’s USPS and won’t take care of my missing package.

Placed an order on April 13 for 10 vapes. Still have not received them. Purchased Route and they cannot even validate the tracking numbers. Had a few updates from RocketShip what a joke they don't update but every 7 days or so. Just sent an email to Mi-Pod and told them I want a complete refund. It should never take this long to get a package from AZ to NC. First order went fine they shipped USPS and got it in a couple of days. Not sure why they are using unreliable services.
