Good product worked well

Have only used the product once, and could not fault. Cleaned the toilet really well and did not have to scrub at all. My only complaint, hence the 4 stars, was the delivery time. I feel as though I waited a long time for the product to arrive.

I was genuinely so excited to receive this and used it almost immediately. I love the concept of the disposable, cleaner-soaked heads and, compared with a traditional toilet brush sitting in a holder full of who-knows-what, I can absolutely see the appeal.

I purchased the bundle so this isn't an inexpensive toilet-cleaning product. Given the price, I expected the overall design to have really thought through the hygiene aspect, particularly because that is such a major part of the product's appeal.

However, there is one pretty significant issue that I haven't seen anyone really talk about in the reviews, and it has left me wondering how this is supposed to work hygienically.

When you clean the toilet, the end of the reusable handle where the disposable head attaches also gets submerged in the toilet water. Once you remove the disposable head, that part of the handle is wet and has been in the toilet bowl. So far, so understandable.

The problem is what happens next.

The handle then goes back into its storage holder, but the holder has a hole in the bottom. That means the toilet water dripping from the end of the handle either:

1. drips straight through the hole onto whatever surface the holder is sitting on, potentially leaving toilet water on the bathroom floor; or
2. remains inside the holder if it doesn't drain properly, leaving you with a little container that has been holding the toilet-water-covered end of the handle.

Either way, it seems to undermine the whole hygiene benefit of having a disposable toilet cleaning head.

I appreciate that the disposable head itself is brilliant. You don't have a traditional toilet brush sitting around collecting bacteria and you can dispose of the dirty cleaning head after each use. That's exactly why I was so keen to try this product.

But now I'm thinking, what am I actually supposed to do with the reusable end of the handle?

Do I rinse it under the tap after every toilet clean? If so, I've now got a reusable toilet-cleaning component that needs to be washed and dried after use. Do I wipe it down with toilet paper? That seems wasteful and defeats some of the convenience. Do I let it drip into the holder? That just leaves the holder contaminated. And if I put the holder directly on the bathroom floor, I certainly don't want toilet water draining out of it.

I think the product needs some kind of solution for this. A removable solid-bottom drip cup, for example, would at least contain the water so it could be emptied and cleaned. Even better would be a design where the reusable attachment mechanism doesn't need to be submerged in the toilet water in the first place.

I'm still really impressed with the disposable cleaning head itself and I want to keep using the product, but I think this is a genuine design flaw that deserves to be addressed. The marketing focuses heavily on eliminating the grossness of the traditional toilet brush, but the reusable handle is still getting dunked into the toilet and there doesn't seem to be a hygienic way to store it afterwards.

I'm honestly surprised this isn't discussed more in the reviews, because it was the first thing I noticed when I used mine.

Great concept, great disposable heads, but please tell us what we're actually supposed to do with the wet, toilet-water-covered end of the handle afterwards!

Extremely bad to deal with
Offer a discount then take it off when payment is being made …even after several emails they still want screenshots of every step of the purchase for proof that they offered a discount lol
I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I saw that they are shady but no …they would not do it

Great for cleaning but the stand is very flimsy . Does not stick to the wall , tried both and each one fell. The storage container needs to be bigger and more solid. Very disappointed overall
