Thank you for your response. I appreciate you saying that you respect my decision to keep my review and that my feedback is important to you.

However, I find this somewhat difficult to reconcile with the fact that the refund offered to me was conditional upon me removing that same feedback.

If my review is genuinely valued as an honest account of my experience, I don’t believe accepting a refund should require me to remove it. My review reflects my genuine experience with the product, and I am not prepared to remove or alter it simply in exchange for a refund.

I would be very happy for the refund to be provided without any condition attached to my review. I believe that would be a fair outcome for both of us.

Happy with everything, delivery was a little longer than anticipated

I absolutely love my miracle moult so easy makes my toilet bowl super super clean, smells fresh. No yucky laying around, it just goes straight into the bin in one easy motion. Everybody in Australia needs one of these their toilet will love them for it.

Concept is nice but product is flimsy and not worth the money imo. Delivery took longer than i expected as product clearly didn’t ship from Australia. (Ordered 20th July and got delivered 7th August)

Not as easy to use as the advertisement makes it seem. Harder to hook the sponges on the stick and stick gets wet and kinda gross because it’s being dipped so far into the bowl. Having to clean and dry the stick after use defeats the purpose of having a no touch product. Regret my purchase.

From ordering to receiving the goods, I received great service. The product itself was easy install and love results and cleanliness it provides. Will definitely order refills. Absolutely love this

The miraclewand toilet cleaner is so easy to use and cleans amazing, especially with the swivel head. I love that after I’ve finished cleaning, one click and the disposable sponge goes in the bin!

Very slow on delivery. Miracle Mop is easy to use and efficient. It would be better if the cleaning head was flushable. A biodegradable head would save the plastic going into landfill. Otherwise, it is a good concept and better than a brush.

So, I tossed around the idea of buying a Miracle Mop toilet cleaner for a couple of weeks & then jumped right in & bought the 2 for 1 & a bulk refill package. It took two weeks to arrive but tracking kept me in touch where my package was. I am really happy with my purchase & the ease of set-up & use. And the results... yes, top marks for a really fresh & clean hygienic loo!!

Nice product but a bit flimsy. Concerned the heavy blue colouring will stain toilet seats. Postage time was not up to expectations.

The product is great and does exactly what it says it does! The only problem is that it took so long to be delivered. I was beginning to think it was a scam! However, it eventually arrived and I will be ordering more for my other bathrooms.

The product was for the caravan. It arrived in a timely manner and is just what l expected. My only concern is access to replacement pads in the future. One of my friends didn't order one for that reason. Only time will tell.

I just got my first order of The Miracle Wand, Magic Toilet kit. I was impressed with how effective this is in terms of reaching the difficult areas when I was using the old toilet brush. I am happy that bought a bundle. Happy customer here.

I think the products should also come with a disposal unit. As much as I like the single use only cleaning pads, it is rather wasteful. I would also suggest that the product is suitable for toilet cleaning only. I tried on my shower and it did not clean as I would have expected.

Love the product

This toilet cleaner is pretty good. I found the scrubber part a bit soft, the sponge could use a bit more grit. Good if your toilet is already clean to give it a once over but it’s not going to remove any stubborn stains. I recently have been doing a deep clean of our toilets as they are original bathroom from the 70’s and no way this was able to clean the real scum. Used a pummel stone and other cleaners to cut through this and then now using the miracle ones every few days to keep it from building up again. I like that you can stick the container on the wall along with the stick. However the end of the stick gets wet and some of the blue can be seen to seep up the side of the stick where the plastic joins. After I clean the toilet I run the end of the stick under hot water and wipe it with toilet paper to dry before I put back in the holder. So far the holder has stuck to our tiles well. I suggest you attach the sticky part to the item before sticking as otherwise it will be misaligned as the slot to slide into the container on the sticky sheet was not straight on either of mine. Delivery took about 2 weeks from ordering in Sydney.

Fast delivery, great product with definitely be buying again!

The order arrived fine, took a while but the product itself isn't anything spectacular. It's just looblu on a sponge with alot of wastage. It doesn't clean stains, just a refresh really.

I was pleasantly surprised by the MiracleMop toilet cleaner. It’s quick, hygienic, and makes cleaning the toilet much less unpleasant than using a traditional toilet brush. The disposable cleaning heads leave the bowl looking fresh and clean, and the whole process feels much more sanitary. Definitely worth it if you want an easier way to keep your toilet clean.
