Miracles NYC Reviews

Never received my order . After sending 80+messages. Still nothing from them. Top that off they are full of lies and accusations that im dodgy etc never buy of this company. Very unprofessional.

Avoid scam. Didn't send tracking. Sent AI pictures of apparent delivery, and then harass you.

This is definitely a scam! Avoid at all costs!
I purchased a hoodie in January and received an order number.
Two months later, there was no sign of the hoodie and the order/tracking number didn't work. I contacted them via WhatsApp, where they replied and then encouraged me to email them. I did that, asking for a refund. That was 3 months ago.
They keep saying the refund is being processed and it will be back in my account soon. I doubt I will ever get the money back.

100% scammers with zero doubt. Their Instagram account is fake and their online store is also fake. DO NOT buy from them as I have not received a single product or a refund in 4 months. Josh and Lee were people I dealt with but have now blocked me. THIS IS A SCAM!

Product is great value for money, shipping was slower than expected but I was kept up to date via email. Will be ordering again

Placed order for a t-shirt Feb 12, with loads of communications in the meantime that I'd receive it. April 28 still no show. Missed birthday I was hoping to offer this for. £40 down the drain.

I would give them 0 if I could. Paid £75 for 2 tees. They never arrived. Emails were ignored and the tracking link didn’t work. Only when I opened a bank chargeback did they reply alleged the parcel was lost in transit so resent tracked yet no tracking information provided and still no tees. Used to be a legit reliable company; couldn’t feel more different for this transaction!! Would never buy from them again. Zero apology. Zero goods. Zero refund hence escalation to my bank!

Ordered a hoodie and a tshirt from here and never received the product. Went back and forth on emails for over 5 months until they stopped responding completely. This place is a scam. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from here. I paid $126 for nothing. Was not able to find out where to warn people about this business until now.

I ordered a shirt in January and here it’s March with no merchandise. $50 shirt in the wind. I tried to email them with no response. What can I do.

I ordered on Feb 12th. Still no update to my order but sure as heck took my money out of my account already. Very disappointed. I've tried contacting through chat and email with no response.

Order make on 31/01/26 till now still don’t receive and delivery date.

I can not recommend here enough from start to finish this is exactly how an experience is meant to take place.

Quality of the garments are definitely premium and you certainly get what you pay for. Glad I found a hidden gem and I will be back 5*

Fab designs, good quality.

Great designs & good quality.

Quality was incredible for the price, everything about the service worked out perfectly 🙏

Top quality garments and great customer service 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely love Miracles NYC. The quality seriously exceeded my expectations — the materials feel premium and the fit is on point. You can tell a lot of care goes into the designs; everything feels thoughtfully made and unique, not mass-produced streetwear.

Shipping was smooth, the website was easy to navigate, and my order arrived well packaged. I’ve already worn my piece multiple times and always get compliments. It’s one of those brands that makes you feel confident the moment you put it on.

If you’re into clean, elevated streetwear with personality, Miracles NYC is definitely worth checking out. I’ll 100% be ordering again.

Was a great experience, kept me updated numerous times, before I even expected it to be confirmed sent me tracking information throughout the whole delivery process had numerous members reach out to me to communicate the process received wonderful merchandise that I just absolutely love will definitely be using again! Thank you and whole process of delivery was pretty quick given all the distance it had to travel! I appreciate you guys and my family loves the merch! Thank you!

Great quality of shirts received. One too big. Great costumer service. Immediately sent out a new shirt with correct sizing. Love anything Kaws. Love everything LV.

I had a fantastic experience with Miracles. The product exceeded my expectations in both quality and styling - it truly delivers on what it promises. Equally impressive was their customer service; responsive, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely order again and highly recommend.
