I actually ended up having to cancel my order. I simply responded to the order confirmation they sent me following my purchase. Next morning, I had an email from Lee confirming that they had refunded my order.

Ordered a shirt two NBA Finals ago sent roughly six emails wondering what's going on and now they refuse and or wont respond to me. First initial Email was September of 2024 and they told me the item was finishing production and i would get shipping in a few days. Come to find out those next few days meant years. Thanks Josh for the quality customer service!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered a hoodie back in May After nearly 2 weeks I emailed and was told by Leah who is supposedly the owner of the business not to worry. She would check with the warehouse. Waited again. Nothing. I emailed again and this time Josh responded. He lied to me over and over for more than a month. Telling me he would get tracking from the warehouse, the hoodie was on the way, even told me the warehouse was in Shanghai and it would take longer. ALL LIES!! I saw they were on FB again so I emailed and this time Lee responded. I explained my situation. I was told this should have never happened. Could they have my shipping details and what I ordered . I told Lee I was leary about that because of what I went through for months already. The response was I understand I will have the warehouse dispatch a replacement. My response how can you send out anything when you have no idea what I purchased or where I live. Since then I have gotten no more emails. This place is a scam and should be shut down for unethical business practices. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this site

Scam! Never received my order. Contacted them and they said they would follow up by the end of the week. Now their online store is shutdown.

Ordered item in December and never received it. I inquired a number of times and was provided delays of looking into it.. or checking with the warehouse. It's been almost 90 days, and nothing has been delivered. When I requested a refund, they stopped answering altogether. SCAM - AVOID

Update 02/23/2026 - I have emailed with order info as requested. All previous attempts to contact them went unanswered. Let's see this time.

Not only did I not get the product ordered, when I inquired as to why I hadn’t received my order after a long period of time. I was met with text messages that started harrasing me and digging into personal information that was dug up via information obtained from card used while purchasing. Personal threats. Harassment, intimidation and use of bank and personal information in the most unacceptable manor. This is not only a scam but a down right despicable company in which should be lawfully punished to the fullest.

I placed an order the middle of November. When I didn't receive any follow up communication, I reached out for an update. I was told that I would get a shipping update the following week. This was in December. Since that response, I have reached out countless times for another update, and the owner is now just ignoring the emails. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wish I would have looked up this company prior to placing my order, since it seems apparent that they are just scamming people out of their money. DO NOT give this company any business. DO NOT trust that you will get what you paid for.

This company is a scam company. I ordered my item in the beginning of November. It is now end of January. When I reached out to them, they lied to me and they blocked me on Instagram. Avoid this company at all cost. They are pretending to do designer collaborations, especially with cars and Louis Vuitton, which was suspect already this is an illegal company from another country.

Placed an order on Nov 4th 2024 for £200 for 2 x T shirts and 2 x Hoodies.
11 weeks and I still haven't received anything!!!!!
I have sent numerous emails and I have been given the same excuses as everyone else (it's in it final stages/ it's coming from the factory in china/ you'll receive your tracking in the next week).
They denied my request for a refund because they have already paid for it to be made!
And now, they don't even respond to emails!!!!
Such a shame because they would've received sooo much more orders from me!!!!

Don’t bother ordering from here, emailed after 1.5 month and Josh said they are getting orders out, 2.5 months later still nothing. I had to dispute it on my credit card

Same thing happened to me! I ordered a hoodie and it’s sad bc those hoodies are actually dope and really cool and I never got a tracking they said they were gonna send it out and nothing and when I try to email them I get an email from Josh saying if u don’t hear from me then send another email what a joke

It’s been over a month, still nothing! There is this person name Josh who responds to my emails stating that my order is in process and it will be coming from their factory in China. Total BS

This is a joke waited well over month and no updates even after emailing 2 weeks from ordering and was told it's in last stage of production. After over a month I requested my money back and called me a cry baby for requesting that lol. Dont support this joke clothing line. Josh is the owner but can't handle his own company lol.

Nov 2024: Ordered almost 3 weeks ago. It said to allow 10 days for processing and shipping and then they'd send me the tracking details. I've not received any tracking info, nor confirmation that it has shipped. Sent an email asking for an update, got an auto reply but no actual response!!
But I am being inundated with black Friday and new stock offer emails instead.
Avoid them!
Dec 2024: raised a fraud claim with my bank who tried to contact the company & eventually refunded me.
