Surrogacy and IVF are both very uncertain but we felt that Miracle was great support through the whole journey. We achieved our miracle: had a wonderful baby boy and met great people along the way.

Staff was super efficient, helpful, and accommodating during all of our visits there.

I had about a 2 year journey with Miracle which overall was excellent. I want to specifically call out my coordinator team of Alejandro, who onboarded me and got me through embryos and Juan Carlos, who saw me the rest of the way. I felt held, supported, and taken care of by them. The coordination for sperm donation and Miracle’s desire to make it right after an egg donor backed out was recognized, and I was grateful for it. The payment scheme was fairly straightforward, though it would have been nice if invoicing could all be paid by credit card as opposed to wires. I also, at times, felt a bit more like a customer than an intended parent. I didn’t love the pushes for reviews and permissions to repost on social media. I was asked to review my overall experience the day of my children’s’ birth while waiting for news…not the time.

Perhaps my biggest struggle was the communication pathway: email. It was extremely impersonal and lagged in time too much. I especially did not care for all of our emails being one long thread making it impossible to find important attachments and content. I would suggest using the MS teams platform or something similar to help better organize the experience for Miracle and IPs. I also would have loved a much clearer escalation process. Once or twice I did feel the need to escalate, and I should not have had to go through my coordinator to do so. Even towards the end there were some real time developments going on, and I would find out about them 3-4 hours earlier from my surrogate’s coordinator before I heard from my team at Miracle, which I did find to be unacceptable when dealing with such huge things.

Another aspect I would ask Miracle to
consider is the gift of 90% of the paperwork for citizenship (which comes from them anyhow) being presented to the IPs upon arrival in Mexico. I was a bit flabbergasted that I had to sort through emails and ask for copies of, for example, invoices only to be told “oh we don’t have those.” If they already sent them once and provided things like clinic notes and contracts, why not just put it all in a binder and ask the IPs to bring the rest to add. How nice would that be? I did, however, appreciate Selene sitting down with me to go through my binder before my Consulate appointment.

Overall, I would wholeheartedly endorse anyone I know using Miracle, but I would need to be honest with them about what the struggles might be. I would encourage Miracle to push themselves to modernize and standardize further. I also would remind them that though they are a business, the IPs shouldn’t feel that during a highly emotional and stressful time in their lives. I thank them for aiding me in making and securing the greatest gifts, and I know they will only get better and make others’ dreams come true in the future.

Our son decided to come 3 weeks earlier than planned which put us into a scramble to get down to Mexico City. We were able to get down in 24 hours. The entire situation was communicated flawlessly by the Miracle team. Specifically, Marianna Ruiz sent us pictures and videos of the birth so we could experience it from afar.

Once we arrived in Mexico City the team had transportation setup for us and made it seamless for us to get to our airbnb accommodations, met us at the hospital for us to see our son for the first time. The language barrier was definitely a struggle but the Miracle team was excellent helping us bridge those gaps.

When it came time for discharge and getting the remaining hospital bills taken care of, Aldo Acevedo helped us through every step of the way and provided excellent guidance navigating that process. Aldo made the entire discharge process fun, laid back and easy. He is so personable and I can tell he truly loves what he does! That can be said for all the of Miracle team we have had the pleasure to work with through this process.

My wife and I can't thank the team enough for all the help, communication and coordination that made this possible for us.

If you are considering using an agency to have a child please start by comparing the cultures of the organizations. Having your belief system and core values align with the staff and how business is conducted makes all of the difference. This is where Miracle stands out and the level of care they show in every interaction makes the difference. We recommend miracle, especially for Gay couples, without reservations.

The miracle team is INCREDIBLE. They are so patient with questions. Very knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely want to see your dreams of creating a family come true. They take the time with personal touches and connect to their IPs. So glad we found them and now have our daughter!

The entire team at Miracle Surrogacy has been amazing so far. We are expecting our first baby in 3 months, and the team has been supportive and communicative throughout our entire journey. When we met the team and our surrogate in person, the team was extremely thoughtful to make sure our and the surrogate’s needs were met. My partner and I only have positive things to say about Miracle Surrogacy. Around eighteen months ago, we had our initial consultation, followed by a visit to the clinic in Cancun in October 2024. In late December 2025, our son Austin was born!

From beginning to end, the team made us feel supported, informed, and truly cared for.

Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. This includes but wasn’t limited to our initial conversations with Alejandro, continued support from our coordinator Matt, warm interactions with our surrogate’s coordinator, Tamarah and Alex who made everything so easy both pre and post birth in Cancun.

Together with the outstanding care provided by the hospital and paediatrician we never felt alone. Everyone was approachable, transparent, and always willing to go the extra mile. The whole process felt very seamless.

Like any journey, there were a few bumps along the way, but what truly stood out was the genuine compassion and reassurance we received throughout. The team was by our side at clinic and scan appointments, during the week our baby spent in the NICU, and while we navigated the Amparo, citizenship, and passport process.

We also cannot thank our surrogate enough. Geo was absolutely incredible! She was calm, reliable, funny, and so caring. We always felt our baby was in the safest and best possible hands.

Even after Austin was discharged from the hospital, the Miracle team continued to check in, happily answer our questions, and asked how he was doing, which meant the world to us.

Choosing international surrogacy requires an enormous amount of trust, and Miracle Surrogacy, along with our amazing surrogate exceeded our expectations in every way. We are beyond grateful and so happy to now be a little family!
