Wir haben uns für Delivering Dreams entschieden, weil es uns von Bekannten empfohlen wurde. Und wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut. Unsere Koordinatorin ist für uns immer rund um die Uhr bei Fragen erreichbar. Aktuell sind wir bei dem Punkt Eizellenspenderin angekommen. Bis hier hin hat der ganze Prozess ca. 4 Wochen gedauert. Es geht alles wahnsinnig schnell und mit ganz viel Liebe. Julia unsere Koordinatorin ist einfach wunderbar und steckt sehr viel Energie rein um uns zufrieden zustellen. Wir haben eine Spenderin vorgeschlagen bekommen, die mir wie aus dem Gesicht geschnitten war. Eine super tolle Vorauswahl. Ein kleines Detail hatte uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Kein Problem innerhalb von 3-4 Tagen haben wir eine weitere Spenderin vorgestellt bekommen. Und für diese haben wir uns dann auch entschieden. Es wird keine Zeit verloren immer nach einer schnellen Lösung gesucht. Es wird einfach alles gegeben, dass man ein gutes Gefühl hat. Mein Mann war letzte Woche in Lwiw/ Lemberg für mehrere Tage und es war nichts von dem Krieg zu spüren. Man braucht wirklich keine Angst haben. Die Reise von Deutschland in die Ukraine lässt sich gut und sehr kostengünstig mit Busunternehmen ohne Umstieg machen.

My partner and I chose Delivering Dreams because I was born without a uterus, and we therefore need the help of surrogacy to fulfil our dream of becoming parents.

At the time of writing, we have successfully completed the egg retrieval process and now have embryos safely frozen. ❤️

Our journey with Delivering Dreams began in 2024. At first, we were too afraid to travel to Kyiv because of the war, so we decided to undergo fertility treatment and egg retrieval in another country instead. Unfortunately, after two attempts, we were unsuccessful.

In July 2026, we finally made the decision to travel to Kyiv. During July and August, the war was very intense, and Kyiv experienced several serious attacks. Naturally, we were nervous about travelling there, but throughout the entire process, we felt that we were in the safest and most caring hands possible.

With the support of Delivering Dreams and their team, we successfully completed the stimulation, egg retrieval and fertilisation process, and today we have embryos frozen for the next step of our journey.

We would recommend Delivering Dreams without hesitation. The entire team has taken incredible care of us, supported us through every step and, quite literally, held our hands when we needed it. We have always felt that we were treated with warmth, honesty and professionalism, and that the team genuinely cares about helping us achieve our biggest dream: becoming parents.

For us, this is not just a fertility journey. It is one of the most important and emotional journeys of our lives, and having people around us whom we trust completely has meant more than we can put into words.

The agency is truly something very special to us. From the very beginning, we had the feeling that this is not simply a job for the people involved, but a true job of the heart. Every single person we had contact with was incredibly caring, warm-hearted, and dedicated. We were very well looked after at all times, could always rely on support, and were always kept fully informed.

Throughout our entire journey, we were always kept very well informed and always knew what was happening and what the next steps would be. The communication between the doctors at the clinic, the agency, and the lawyer who accompanied and supported us throughout the process of leaving the country worked exceptionally well. Everything was very well coordinated, and we always had the feeling that someone was taking care of everything and keeping track of the entire process.

Everyone involved worked with incredible dedication and urgency to ensure that all the necessary steps could be completed as quickly as possible, allowing us to return home with our baby as soon as possible. Especially during such an exciting and emotional time, this support meant so much to us and gave us a tremendous sense of security.

One of the most special parts of our journey was our wonderful surrogate mother, who came into our lives thanks to DD. She is an incredibly loving and warm-hearted woman ♥️ who included us in this special journey in such a beautiful way. We were able to experience this unique time together, and we will always be deeply grateful for that.

We gave birth in Lviv (we were able to choose between Kyiv and Lviv) and had a truly wonderful, almost magical time there. Despite the unique circumstances, we always felt very well cared for and supported.

Oksana from DD accompanied us to the maternity hospital, picked us up, and also accompanied us to our appointments with the authorities. She was always incredibly helpful and was always there for us with advice and support whenever we needed it.

The coordinator who supported our surrogate mother also did an amazing job. She supported our surrogate mother with so much care throughout the entire journey and was always there for her whenever she had questions or concerns. It was wonderful to know that not only were we so well supported, but that our surrogate mother was also cared for and supported so lovingly throughout the entire process.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable time with DD and our surrogate mother. When we look at our baby today, above all, we feel one thing: gratitude. Gratitude for having had such wonderful, loving, and dedicated people by our side on this extraordinary journey.

We would also like to mention Susan, the founder of the agency, from the bottom of our hearts. She is a truly wonderful woman who puts so much heart, humanity, and passion into what she does. You can simply feel that the people she works with and their stories truly matter to her.

I continue to feel that choosing delivering dreams was the best decision we have ever made. Surrogacy is a beautiful but complex journey and Ivan and the team have done everything in their power to make this as smooth as possible. They are always just the other end of the phone, literally! We’ve done it! Our surrogate is pregnant. We are incredibly grateful and happy to have made so far. The journey to this point has been exciting and full of emotion. At first, we were unsure about surrogacy in Ukraine because we were very afraid of the situation, and it is a sensitive topic in our society. But we don’t regret a single second. We are so glad we chose Delivering Dreams. We had been looking for an agency for a long time, but within the first few minutes of visiting the website and watching the videos, we felt that this was the right choice! We could simply sense the difference compared to other agencies—the professional support and the round-the-clock care. No matter what questions or concerns we have, our coordinator, Julia, answers them immediately; we feel truly heard and not just like an "customer". We also want to thank Susan; she isn’t just the boss—she is there for us whenever we have worries or fears. It’s a great comfort to have that kind of support. Julia helped us through the entire bureaucratic process and was always available. I thought the process with lawyers and paperwork would be complicated but Julia explained everything clearly and helped us so much that everything went smoothly. She also helped organize the transport of the embryos; we felt fully supported and never left to handle things alone. We have now been introduced to our surrogate; it took only a few days for them to find her—it was amazing how quickly that happened. We are so happy with her profile. We look forward to have direct contact with her soon. We really appreciate that Delivering Dreams allows contact with the surrogate, enabling us to experience the pregnancy firsthand. We are overjoyed and happy; we have no regrets and are already very excited to go the next steps.

Where has the time gone? Our baby is already one month old. When you are in the middle of the surrogacy process, every day and every week of waiting feels endless. But the moment you finally hold your child in your arms, all of that just evaporates. All the worries, the long wait—it’s simply forgotten.
We were in Lviv, Ukraine, at the beginning of April. Naturally, you have many thoughts and concerns beforehand about traveling to a country at war. However, within the first few hours of being in the city, those fears completely vanished. Lviv is a beautiful place, and we felt safe at all times. You honestly feel almost nothing of the war there. There is truly no need to be afraid to travel there.
A personal highlight was meeting our surrogate mother in person shortly before the birth. After writing to each other for such a long time, it was incredibly warm and emotional to finally stand face-to-face.
We are especially grateful to Delivering Dreams for allowing us to be present at the birth of our child together with the surrogate mother. Sharing the hours leading up to the birth and the moment of delivery with her was a beautiful, bonding experience. Our stay at the clinic was also very pleasant. We were there for three days, and the entire staff took wonderful care of us and our baby.
The agency was there for us the entire time, working tirelessly. We were so surprised by the many little gifts and surprises we received—things we didn't expect at all, which were such a lovely touch! The team also went above and beyond to ensure we had all our documents ready as quickly as possible so we could travel home.
The entire process was efficient and transparent:
• Duration: We were in Ukraine for a total of only 14 days (from arrival before birth until departure).
• Paperwork: Only one week after the birth, thanks to their great support, we already had all the documents for our journey home.
• Transparency: There were absolutely no hidden costs at any time.
We would choose Delivering Dreams again in a heartbeat and haven't regretted this step for a single second. We are simply beyond grateful to the entire team for everything!

Our miracle, Jaylen, was born on April 2, 2026, and he is now four weeks old. I will be honest without Delivering Dreams, this beautiful journey would not have been possible, and we wouldn’t be the proud parents of our wonderful son. In my last post, I shared that she was 3 cm dilated. Continuing from there, we flew to Poland and used a secure car, provided by Ivan, to travel safely over long distances. We had a wonderful driver by the way, we made sure to tip extra because he was a real trooper, driving us from Poland to Lviv, Lviv to Kyiv, Kyiv back to Lviv, and then from Lviv to Poland for our flight home. When we arrived in Lviv on April 1, 2026, we settled in and went for a stroll through the city center. We enjoyed a meal at a Mediterranean restaurant where the food was fresh and delicious. The city looked like what I’d imagine “old money” to be beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets, and charming scenery. Surprisingly, I noticed more Teslas in Lviv than I saw in Kyiv on our previous trip. That night, we waited in anticipation for the call we had been dreaming about. The next morning, we received the call it's time. Ivan, our coordinator, instructed us to come to the hospital. The excitement was overwhelming. Ivan had advised us to pack in advance and have a small bag with essentials, which made the process smooth and stress-free. While we were there, we also met another couple from the U.S. who was about to have their baby as well. The staff at the birth center in Lviv were exceptional friendly, caring, and professional. I was allowed to wait with the surrogate since only the mother was permitted in the delivery room until it was time. We communicated using a translation app until the contractions began; after that, no talking was possible. The medical team looked after her with great compassion, making us all feel safe and cared for. When the moment arrived, everything happened very quickly. I was able to cut the umbilical cord, and just a few moments later, Jaylen was placed on my chest for bonding. Before leaving, I embraced our surrogate and expressed my gratitude an unforgettable and touching moment. The doctors and nurses checked on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and even offered to teach us how to care for our son. The clinic was immaculate. The food provided was not to our taste, so we obtained takeout (though the other couple loved the food). Ivan stayed in close contact via WhatsApp, providing updates and support throughout. We also built a great relationship with the other couple our “neighbors” in the maternity ward. Both our sons were born on the same day, through the same process, and we exchanged contact information to keep in touch afterward. After three days in the hospital, we purchased a car seat from a nearby store and returned to the Premier Hotel in Lviv, which I highly recommend. Ivan took care of all the necessary paperwork. Due to Easter, the process was a little slow as the government offices were closed for a time, but eventually, we received our son’s birth certificate. Seeing his name along with my husband's and mine brought a sense of safety and reassurance, especially since we trust the company and are in another country. I want to emphasize that I chose Delivering Dreams because it is an American company founded by Susan, an American, which provides an added sense of security. The entire process was straightforward, efficient and everyone involved knew exactly what to do, demonstrating professionalism combined with heartfelt care. We also had to visit Kyiv again from our prior visit for ivf last year to obtain an emergency passport for our son. The embassy scheduled our appointment for April 15th, and on the same day, we received his emergency I want to stress that both experiences in Lviv and Kyiv were safe and smooth. Interestingly, both trips occurred during periods of active conflict Kyiv in June 2025 and Lviv in April 2026 (you can look this up) but we experienced no harm. Thanks to the reliable notification systems, we knew what to do and where to go, if needed. The entire process was well-organized, and we always felt secure. Delivering Dreams has given us the greatest gift our son Jaylen and words cannot fully express our gratitude. If anyone is hesitant or unsure about this process, I encourage you to do it. Once you have your child in your arms, every doubt will fade away. The entire team, especially Ivan, and everyone involved, showed genuine compassion and professionalism. They supported us and cared for us throughout this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering this path to trust Delivering Dreams. We would like to share a small update on our journey with Delivering Dreams, as we are now just about to welcome our child into the world – a truly emotional and special moment for us.

Looking back, we can say that we are still incredibly happy that we chose Delivering Dreams. From the very beginning, we have been supported and informed throughout every step of the process. What means a lot to us is the close and personal contact with our surrogate – we regularly exchange messages and photos, which makes us feel very connected.

From a medical perspective, we have always been kept fully informed. We received detailed updates after every examination, along with wonderful ultrasound pictures and videos of our baby, which made this journey even more real and emotional for us.

Now, just before our trip to Ukraine, we feel very well prepared and supported. A very special thank you goes to our coordinator Ivan, who has been incredibly supportive throughout this time. He has truly become very dear to us – not only because he is a wonderful person, but also because he always takes the time for us, helps us with every question, and even supports us in finding a suitable apartment for our stay in Ukraine. No matter what we need, we always receive a quick response and feel taken seriously at all times.

We feel completely supported, safe, and well taken care of. For us, it is clear: we would choose this path again exactly the same way and can wholeheartedly recommend Delivering Dreams.

More than 3 years after I had the first call with DD, a baby blessed us on the last day of the year 2025.

DD worked professionally to figure out the correct legal and medical manner of getting to our goal.

DD has always been open and frank about requirements and limitations. No false promises, no hidden matters.

When obstacles came up, DD worked on solutions and alternatives.

Ivan, and later Sheila, were always prompt in responding and always clear.

Got great support on where to get medical tests done, how to ship documents or medical items. Discussions on legal documentation were thorough. During the pregnancy, medical developments were shared promptly. Lots of photos shared. After the birth, Sheila was available to answer all medical questions, like an in-house doctor.

It felt like interacting with one's well-wishers.

Our experience with Delivering Dreams has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we are filled with deep gratitude as we share how meaningful this journey has been for our family.

Infertility is an incredibly difficult journey, and after years of challenges, it was so important to us to find the right team, the right family, to walk alongside us. Da wir gerade so wunderbare Nachrichten erhalten haben, möchte ich kurz unsere Geschichte teilen.
​Wir sind auf Empfehlung zu DD gekommen und unglaublich froh, diesen Weg mit dem Team gegangen zu sein. Nach zwei erfolglosen Stimulationen mit eigenen Eizellen sind viele Tränen geflossen. Immer wieder brauchten wir Zeit, um neue Hoffnung zu schöpfen – bis wir die beste Entscheidung getroffen haben: eine Eizellenspende anzunehmen.
​Das Ergebnis ist einfach überwältigend! Ich hatte mich eigentlich schon mit dem Gedanken abgefunden, dass es vielleicht nicht mehr sein soll, noch einmal Eltern zu werden. Doch dann kam Anton, unser toller Koordinator, mit dieser unglaublichen Nachricht. Er hat uns den Mut zurückgegeben, dass man auch über Umwege ans Ziel kommen und bald ein Baby im Arm halten darf.

Iam also deeply grateful 🙏 to the doctors and specialists who always ensured everything went smoothly, and to the hospital staff who were gentle, supportive, and attentive through out both the delivery and post-delivery process .

After a medical condition prevented my wife an I to have another child we were looking for a trustworthy surrogacy agency in order to give our remaining embryos a chance to come into this world.

From the first moment Susan an her team were everything one could wish for. They are empathic yet highly professional. We got updates every single step of the way.

Not only that but they had full understanding when we voiced our very specific requirements for the surrogate. Due to our religious beliefs we asked for a surrogate that does not eat pork of shellfish. Not for one moment did we feel like we are being a nuisance, but Susan and her team showed full, unjudgmental understanding and put in an enormous effort to find the right surrogate.

2nd review update since March

Our journey with DD has continued being a great experience.

In March we started the next steps of the journey after our embryo creation phase. Following the embyros, Susan and Anton quickly pivoted to finding us a surrogate mother. Within a few weeks, we were matched with our first SM option and provided all the relevant information needed. Unfortunately during the initial medical process, she did not meet the right requirements to move forward.

Although that part was disappointing, these are the moments that bring MORE trust with DD. The health of the SM and the care they have for our precious embyros are the main priorities. Ensuring the SM meets stringent parameters protects all parties in this sensitive process.

Susan and Anton were open and transparent with the background and next steps to securing another SM. A month later we received our 2nd SM candidate. This time she passed her medical exams and we proceeded with our first embryo transfer in July. Each step of the way Anton provided us the important updates and time frame to expect.

We faced yet another setback when the transfer was not successful. These are the moments when the process feels real because you believe everything goes so smoothly up to this point, you don't expect a bad result.

Anton sent us a comprehensive review of what happened, with the doctors double checking all protocols were followed. It was determined everything was done to standard across the board. Life just didn't happen as planned.

Both Anton and Susan were very supportive and helped us move forward. After our SM was tested again for a 2nd attempt, they determined she likely wouldn't be viable to their standards. We had trust in them to make the decision to find another SM. Within a couple weeks they provided another candidate who the clinic felt was perfect.

We decided to move forward with her and our embryo transfer was done in September. This time it was successful! The joy we all had was an amazing moment. We had a group call with the SM and DD to start a connection with the SM moving forward.

We're now at 15 weeks and everything is going smoothly with appointments and testing. Seeing the ultrasound videos is something hard to describe. We have a group chat with our SM to talk and make her feel comfortable with us. She's such a wonderful person.

It's been a journey for sure since we started our research in January and made our decision to partner with DD. They've exceeded expectations we had. Despite setbacks, they're always there to help us have perspective.

Word of advice to everyone. This is an imperfect science trying to create magic. Patience is needed. Even with 3AA embyros, all protocols followed and high standards, we still had a failure. Just live the process and let life happen. Trust your team will get you to a good result.
