Where IPs and Surrogates share first place!
When we found out that I would never be able to carry a child of our own, we were devastated. Surrogacy didn't seem to be an option, as it is illegal in our country. On top, the only thing we knew about it were stories around women being exploited. And that's the last thing I would want... Despite that all, I started reading, watching video's, learning about the 'where and why and how'. And with that, my opinion changed and the doors towards having a family of our own opened..
During my investigation, I had listed many agencies who support surrogacy journeys. Whenever I was reading about 'great support' for both IPs and Surrogates, Delivering Dreams would pop up.
When I first met with Susan and Oksana, I knew. This is my place to be. A place where not only IPs come first, but surrogate mums as well. A journey together with respect for everyone involved.
We did choose the hard way, trying to conceive with our own biomaterial. After a first round of stimulation and IVF and embryo transport to UA and 2 failed transfers, we decided to go for a last try. In Kyiv!
This whole way Oksana has been a true support. From logistics to emotions! On site, Ivan has accompanied every single meeting at the clinic. All in all, even our stay in Kyiv was a great experience with DD. Unfortunately, without success. But then again, we can only trick nature to a certain point.
Within no time, DD has allowed us to match with a wonderful donor, who will be starting stimulation soon. And we hope our journey continues towards a happy end!
Within 1 year, I have gained so much experience but also heard many stories of others. Both with DD but also other agencies. And I can only say, that we made the right decision to let DD support us.
Alltogether: Honest, clear and open communication, shifting gears quickly, support around the clock and never loosing sight of the health and wellbeing of the surrogate. Clear payment schedules upfront. So both the business and personal side are taken care of so well.
Despite our unfullfilled wish sofar, I can only wholeheartedly say that we will continue this journey with Delivering Dreams. I couldn't have had better support and am looking forward to meeting Oksana when we pick up our little wonder ;-)

Я сурогатна мама, яка проходила програму в цьому агентстві Delivering Dreams, уже не перший раз, в першій програмі була двійня і по медичним показанням зробили кесарів розчин, зі мною і дітками все було добре 🙏
Через три роки, вирішила спробувати ще раз допомогти чудовій сімʼї .
І так в нас почалася підготовка, по всім показанням було все добре, зі мною на кожному візиті була чудовий куратор Олечка, завжди підтримає в любій ситуації і все докладно розкаже і все потім напише, щоб нічого не забути, я дуже їй вдячна за все.
Вагітність проходила добре і дуже швидко і з легкістю, проживала кожного дня з задоволенням.
Я хочу побажати кожній дівчині , яка захоче піти в програму, попасти до нас в агентство, це найкраща команда дівчат, хочу саме більше подякувати людині найкращій в світі це Любі, вона завжди на звʼязку щоб не трапилось,любу ситуацію вирішить за хвилину .
На 34 тижні вагітності я переїхала до Львова , мене зустріла з поїзда Анічка і відвезла в чудову квартиру в центрі міста, і до пологів вона зі мною завжди була на візитах в клініках.
На 38 тижні у мене почались схватки і ми поїхали до пологового будинку, всі дуже переживали за мене щоб не було кесаревого розтину як в минулий раз. Люба кожні десять хвилин телефонувала доктору і просила його ,зробити все так щоб я сама народила, до мене в пологовому дуже гарно відносились , чудові лікарі які були постійно поруч , мені вкололи епідуральну анестезію і після неї я зовсім нічого не відчувала , це було просто супер, коли почались потуги доктор все зробив щоб мені нічого не боліло і проходило комфортно, і тут народився гарний хлопчик з вагою в 3600 і 55 сантиметрів, і в мене ні одного шва і ніякої болі, це найкращі лікарі яких я зустрічала, потім коли відійшов наркоз то трошки було тяжко ходити,ну як і завжди після пологів,через пару годин до мене приїхали куратори, підтримали мене, привезли поїсти, це було дуже приємно.
Чесно кажучи це була найкраща вагітність , а пологи це просто вау, після таких пологів хочеться прийти туди ще.
Мене виписали на третій день з пологового будинку, зустріли куратор Оксана і Аня)))
Відвезли додому, а потім ще і в ночі відвезла Аня на поїзд , я дуже їм вдячна за турботу.
Приїхавши додому зі мною завжди на звʼязку Люба і дівчата, що мені потрібно вони все купують і привозять. Кошти постійно виплачувались вчасно, а останній гонорар мені привезли додому з букетом квітів і тортом, це було дуже приємно.
Я хочу всім дівчатам сказати що вони великі молодці і низький вам уклін , ви найкращі ❤️❤️❤️

Professional, caring and always there for us
From the very beginning, we felt well taken care of by Delivering Dreams. The list of required documents was clearly structured and easy to follow, and whenever we had questions, Oksana was always available, supportive, and patient. The organization of the biomaterial collection in Poland was also smooth. Choosing the right egg donor was a very important step for us, and we felt truly supported throughout this process.
During the egg donation and embryo creation stages, we received regular updates – detailed, transparent, and communicated with great care. The final embryo report was clear, well-structured, and easy to understand.
Overall, we are very satisfied and grateful for the support we have received so far. We continue to feel in excellent hands and are optimistic about the steps ahead.

Ich habe mich von Anfang an bei Oksana sehr gut aufgehoben.
Es war alles unkompliziert, schnell und professionell.
Wir haben in Krakow das Sperma abgegeben. Danke Oksana für die Auswahl der Klinik und hinterher der reibungslose Transport nach Kiew.
Ziemlich schnell und unkompliziert wurde eine Eizellspenderin gefunden.
Mittlerweile haben wir unsere Embryonen getestet und warten auf die passende Leihmutter.
Alles in allem kann ich mit guten Gewissen Delivering Dreams weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Reise mit Delivering Dreams war nicht nur erfolgreich, sondern zutiefst berührend und menschlich. Nachdem wir bereits Erfahrungen mit einer anderen Agentur gesammelt hatten, können wir mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Delivering Dreams hebt sich in jeder Hinsicht positiv ab.
Schon beim ersten Versuch erhielten wir gesunde, NGS-getestete Embryonen – medizinisch auf höchstem Niveau. Der allererste Embryotransfer führte direkt zur Schwangerschaft. Ein Wunder, das uns sprachlos machte und für das wir unendlich dankbar sind.
Doch was wirklich den Unterschied macht, ist der Service. Bei Delivering Dreams fühlten wir uns nicht wie ein „Fall“, sondern wie Menschen, deren Wünsche und Sorgen ernst genommen werden. Jede Frage wurde innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet – kompetent, freundlich und mit echter Anteilnahme. Besonders in der schwierigen Zeit des Krieges wurden wir proaktiv über Entwicklungen informiert, sowohl zur Schwangerschaft als auch zur Sicherheitslage. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Wir durften während der gesamten Schwangerschaft Kontakt zur Leihmutter halten – ein emotionaler Austausch, der uns sehr viel bedeutet hat. Auch das war bei unserer vorherigen Agentur nicht erlaubt.

A dream come true!
Hi, I want to start off by saying that I looked at multiple surrogacy places prior to choosing Delivering Dreams. Despite what I had seen I felt my heart pulling me towards Ukraine and Delivering Dreams. This is when the process started as we had started nothing thus far but just a dream in our heart and mind. My husband and I went to Ukraine June 2025 and we stayed in Kyiv to start the IVF protocols to create a embryo to put into our chosen surrogate since I medically can not hold our own child. Our overall experience during our stay in Ukraine has been truly transformative and deeply meaningful. Being there during such a significant situation for the country and for us in our lives due to starting the surrogacy process, was both an emotional journey and a testament to hope and perseverance. It was a rollercoaster of emotions feeling a mix of excitement, uncertainty, and hope but each moment contributed to a deeper understanding of resilience and human connection. Ivan, our coordinator was so helpful and kind in moments of uncertainty.
Being away from home during this pivotal time naturally brought feelings of longing and vulnerability, but it also strengthened our bond and resilience. Managing logistics and documentation abroad due to language barriers was complex, yet the support and guidance we received made it manageable and even empowering. Experiencing the culture and navigating through the streets of Kyiv was beautiful and inspiring. The process taught us patience, adaptability, and trust in the professionals around us.
Regarding the medical care and support, we would rate our experience very highly. The healthcare team’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication exceeded our expectations. We always felt that we were their top priorities, which gave us immense reassurance during this delicate and hopeful journey.
Throughout this experience, we felt supported and well-informed. The communication from your team was clear, compassionate, and timely, making us feel connected and cared for, even from afar. That consistent support made all the difference in alleviating concerns and fostering our confidence.

Щиро рекомендую. Дівчатка куратори дуже хороші. Люба, Євгенія та Олічка. Дбайливі та уважні. Найбільше здивована, те що проснулась після процедури,а мені наче нічого не робили. Зооовсім не боляче. Чаю дали, дали кошти щоб поїла. Після процедури проявляли турботу. Я 3й раз донор, і шкодую що тут вперше,а ні всі 3и рази.

Я беру участь у программі сурогатного материнства.Так,я замінна мамочка. Программу ще не закінчила,знаходжусь на 9 тижні вагітності,та на даний момент можу сказати,що тут все чисто,прозоро.
Мені було важливо відчувати безпеку,захищеність,прозорість і чітке виконання договору. Дуже гарне ставлення,постійна підтримка кураторів (Любі привіт) на перенос літала у Албанію,було страшно,але тепер можу сказати що проблем не було зовсім,а мілкі деталі вирішувались одразу. Навіть з агенства допомогли ліками моїй старшій донці(6років) яка була зі мною за кордоном❤️ Як буде далі? Our miracle is now 5 weeks old - and every time I hold our little princess in my arms I am so grateful to Delivering Dreams - because without DD this would not be possible and I would not be mum to my wonderful little girl.
I often think about the day our princess was born - it was a beautiful cold day but sunny ☀️.
We were still walking in the city centre and had just arrived at the flat when our dear Oksana called us "Where are you? Here we go, please get your things and call a taxi" - we were so incredibly excited. It was absolutely invaluable that Oksana had asked us to pack our things in advance and have a small extra bag with a change of clothes.
The staff at the birth centre were great - everyone was very friendly!
Oksana accompanied us - and then I was allowed to wait with our great surrogate mother until it was time. The doctors and nurses looked after her very lovingly.
It was wonderful to wait with her - and I am so grateful that this was possible.
When things really got going, everything went super fast - and then I suddenly had the scissors in my hand and was allowed to cut the umbilical cord and a few minutes later I had our miracle lying on my chest.
It was especially nice that I was allowed to hug our surrogate mother tightly after the birth - it was a very moving moment. The doctors and nurses were great - they checked on us several times a day and there was always someone there if we needed anything.
Everything was very clean. Even during our stay at the clinic, Oksana was always just a phone call or WhatsApp away - she takes such great care of you!
After 3 days we were allowed to return to the apartment and Oksana and Olga took care of all the paperwork.
We especially liked the fact that Oksana picked us up - it was just very warm.
As for the documents - everything went smoothly. Everyone here knows what they have to do and when, and what is important. Simply professionals but with heart.
Oksana also organized a newborn shoot for us - I love the photos! I can only recommend it to anyone.
Our surrogate mother is also such a special person - so lovable and warm ❤️ We built up a great bond during the pregnancy and are still in close contact
I am glad that it was possible for our surrogate mother to give birth in Lviv.
We ourselves also felt safe in Lviv at all times - it was also special that Oksana took the time to show us Lviv's most beautiful corners.
The updates from Oksana and our surrogate mother made me feel like I was pregnant myself - we were there every step of the way. I think this also helps you build a special bond with your child.
Delivering Dreams has given us the greatest gift in the world with our wonderful surrogate - that is priceless!
Thanks to Oksana in particular, but of course also to Susan and the whole team, as well as Olga.

Була у програмі як допоміжна мама, враховуючи попередній досвід, залишилася дуже задоволена.
Підтримка від дівчат 24/7, Люба постійно на зв’язку, але не навʼязлива, дуже турботлива і терпляча.
Усі виплати вчасно, компенсація усіх витрат, повʼязаних із виконанням договору, ніколи мені ні в чому не відмовили, треба щось - купили.
Перенос і облік був у клініці «Мати та дитина», з лікарем Володимиром Котликом вже не вперше працювали, додаткових відгуків, як спеціаліст, він не потребує, загалом дуже професійна команда центру.
Після 30 тижня, був переїзд до Львова, разом з родиною, забезпечили гарні умови проживання, не тільки комфортне і безпечне житло, але й гарний район з розвиненою інфраструктурою, поряд купа розваг для дитини, супермаркети і кафе. Мені дійсно сподобалось, було максимально зручно і до пологів, і після (був кесарів розтин, за показаннями, дитина залишилася у сідничному передлежанні, тому після виписки я ще якийсь час залишалась у Львові).
Окремо хотілось би сказати про лікаря який приймає пологи. Ігор Федорощак, сам по собі, дуже приємна людина, викликає довіру, і як спеціаліст великий молодець: налаштовує на легкі, швидкі пологи, не квапить, діє за протоколом і в інтересах допоміжної мами і дитини.
Загалом, я задоволена програмою від першого дня і до останнього, якби у мене була можливість, я б повторила цей досвід і знову пройшла б цей шлях, із Любою і дівчатами.

Я була в першій програмі в Грузії. У мене був перший перенос, невдалий, потім зробили другий перенос, також невдалий. Відношення кураторів було дуже погане. Коли відкрилася кровотеча, я зателефонувала до куратора, і вона мені сказала, які препарати потрібно прийняти. Я сама ходила в аптеку за ліками, щоб зберегти вагітність, ну, на превеликий жаль, так і не збереглася.
Потім я дізналася про агенство Delivering Dreams. У мене був перенос у «Мати і Дитина». Лікар дуже хороший, перенос був вдалий з першого разу. Моїм куратором була Люба, вона мені дуже сподобалася, завжди була зі мною на зв'язку 24/7, відносилася дуже добре. Виплати завжди були вчасними. Мені дуже сподобалося, що всю програму я спілкувалася з біобатьками. Ми обмінювалися фото, відео. Відносини з біобатьками дуже хороші. На пологи я переїхала до Львова на 29 тижні вагітності. Там надали хороші умови для проживання, мені там дуже сподобалося. Народжувала я у лікаря Ігоря Михайловича Федорощака, він дуже хороший і уважний. Пологи пройшли прекрасно. Я дуже задоволена командою Delivering Dreams, а особливо хочу подякувати Любочці за її увагу і турботу, за відношення. Я дуже рада, що ти була моїм куратором, Любочка.

Wir lieben unsere Leihmutter. Unser Baby war bei ihr immer gut aufgehoben und versorgt. Wir hatten von Anfang an ein wunderbares, vertrauensvolles, respektvolles und liebevolles miteinander. Sie war absolut bedacht, auf ihre eigene sowie die Gesundheit unserer Babys. Selbst, wenn keine Untersuchungen geplant waren und sie ein ungutes Gefühl hatte, ist sie lieber zum Arzt gegangen. Wir hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit mit ihr persönlich zu kommunizieren, ihr Sprachnachrichten für das Baby, unsere Lieblingsmusik – zum vorspielen für das Baby zukommen zu lassen. Bei unserem ersten Treffen vor Ort (kurz vor der Geburt) war sofort eine Vertrautheit und Freude da. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, dass die Mutter bei der Geburt dabei sein konnte. Die Verbundenheit, die dadurch zur Leihmutter und zum Baby entstanden sind, sind einzigartig und unbeschreiblich. Unsere Leihmutter wird immer ein Bestandteil unseres Lebens sein und bleiben. Die ausgewählte Klinik der Agentur ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Es waren alle bemüht, die Geburt für Leihmutter und Mutter zu etwas Besonderem zu machen. Es wurde dafür gesorgt, dass die Leihmutter so wenig Schmerzen wie nötig leiden muss und die Mutter in der gesamten Geburt mit einbezogen ist. Der Umgang im Kreißsaal war sehr beruhigend, liebevoll und professionell. Sprachbarrieren wurden mit einfachem Englisch und Google Übersetzer behoben. Es war unglaublich und unvergesslich. In der Klinik hatten wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten, Babybett, Wickeltisch, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Nasszelle (Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken). Es wurde uns 3x täglich Essen und Trinken angeboten. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kinderärztin kam jeden Tag zur Visite. Auch sie versuchte uns alles gut zu erklären und zu übersetzen. Wir haben uns gut dort aufgehoben gefühlt. Hier stand uns Oksana (von der Agentur) ebenfalls jederzeit zur Unterstützung und Übersetzung zur Verfügung. Im gesamten Prozess hatten wir immer das Gefühl, dass die Agentur mit sehr guten und professionellen Ärzten, Kliniken und medizinischen Personal zusammenarbeitet. Wir sind mit großer Sorge und Skepsis nach Lviv gereist (mit unserem Auto). Als Unterkunft haben wir ein Aparthotel mit Tiefgarage gewählt, damit wir bei Luftalarm dorthin gehen konnten. Vor Ort haben wir mehrere Luftalarme miterlebt. In Lviv selbst haben keinerlei Kriegshandlungen stattgefunden. Militärkolonen sowie Militärkontrollposten sind auf den Straßen zu sehen, führen aber zu keinen Einschränkungen. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es nie zu Strom-, Internet- oder Telefonausfällen. Das tägliche Leben fand ohne Einschränkungen vor Ort statt. Alle Einrichtungen (Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Kaufhäuser, Restaurants usw.) sind geöffnet und man kann alles erwerben. Die ukrainischen Menschen haben wir als sehr offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit kennengelernt. Sie haben sich jederzeit bemüht uns zu helfen und uns unsere Ängste zu nehmen. Es wurde von der Agentur eine erfahrene Anwältin beauftragt, uns bei der Beschaffung der Ausreisedokumente zu helfen. Sie kümmerte sich um die komplette Besorgung und Ausstellung aller Unterlagen vor Ort und Beratung welche Unterlagen wir in Deutschland besorgen mussten. Sie erstellte uns ein komplette Ausreisemappe aller notwendigen Ausreisedokumente. Es gibt keine versteckten oder unklare Kosten, alles ist transparent und nachvollziehbar. Auf eine vertrauensvolle und persönliche Betreuung wird viel wert gelegt. Ein enger Kontakt zur Leihmutter (wenn gewünscht) ist möglich. Die werdende Mutter kann bei Geburt dabei sein. Ab Geburt kann man mit seinem Kind zusammen in der Klinik bleiben. Man wird in allen Belangen des Leihmutterschaftsprozesses beraten und unterstützt. Es ist keine Reise nach Kiew für Ausreiseprozess notwendig. Auf Absicherung und beste medizinische Versorgung sowie Betreuung der Leihmutter wird geachtet. Man erhält bei dieser Agentur einfach eine außergewöhnliche, liebevolle sowie persönlich Betreuung und Unterstützung.

Of course, Intended Parents always have the choice of where their child will be born - either Kyiv or Lviv - ensuring flexibility and convenience.
