MirrorLot Reviews

Custom item arrived in excellent condition, very well packaged. Easy to install.

Great quality. Great price. Fast service. Best of all the mirrors look fantastic!

The mirror is beautiful but I was told that I would be contacted to arrange delivery due to the large size. I received a shipping notice and emailed them asking for more info. I received no response and the mirror was delivered when we were away so it spent 2 days leaning against a shed in the snow. Communication is terrible.

Mirrors are beautiful. Packaging for shipment was excellent with on- time delivery during the holidays. Highly recommend MirrorLot!

Beautiful mirror. Amazing quality. Mirror came very well packaged in a custom crate. Highly recommend!

They responded quickly to my emails and upon confirming your order I receive the package soon after. I also liked that I can preview a small samples of their frames.

All four corners of the frame are chipped

Service was wonderful. Shipping was fast and the table is amazing!

Highly satisfied by service

Everything went well. Love the mirror.

This is the third mirror I've ordered from MirrorLot. I wanted something made in USA. Perfect & beautiful craftsmanship

I ordered similar mirrors 10 years ago and was excited to find the receipt so i could order again. This order lacked the finished quality of the previous order. The paint in the joint seams where the frame come together are missing paint (or for some reason the seams are visible). In addition for a 60” long mirror, only 2 z bar hangers is insane!! The previous mirror of the same size, had a full length bar. I had to have my husband add and drill into the mirror.

Terrible finish, had to refinish it myself. Unprofessional service-refund the finish cost.

I haven’t received the mirror yet. The order was placed Nov 5th and it’s Nov 27th. I’m asked to review a product I have not received

The mirror feels high-quality and looks really sharp. It instantly elevates the room without feeling over-the-top.

I couldn’t be happier with my mirror, thank you! So glad I found your website. Was a little Leary at first ordering sight unseen but your reviews are stellar. The video’s of the production process and build and shipping in creates really helped me make my decision. I couldn’t find what I was looking for in any store and your product far exceeded my expectations.

I’m grateful for the customer service and our beautiful mirror.

The communication during the creation of my table to insure that my table was excactly what wanted, was EXCELLENT. My table is beautiful and well made.

This experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were responsive to emails and specific questions. The custom table was able to be bumped up in production in order to accommodate us as well.
Be prepared for a massive box to arrive! But the shipping box was constructed intentionally and our custom table was delivered with no defects or even a scratch.
We needed an unusual height for the table - 33 in high - and the measurement and table is spot on perfect.
It's great and is the centerpiece of our kitchen and banquette area.

Good customer service. I have ordered five or six mirrors from Mirror Lot with out incident. However, my last order the mirror arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they took care of getting a new mirror ordered. A very good experience. The replacement mirror arrived in good condition.
