Lovely mirror, I ordered the Highgate Mirror and it’s great, I had a query with the delivery and my email was answered straight away and the courier company couldn’t be more helpful, efficient and great quality mirror.

Brilliant company to deal with. Ordered a large mirror and was delivered within a week . Great correspondence. Mirror was well wrapped and was just as described. Prices very good. Would recommend them . A happy customer 😊

Great product, great service
In an age of digital bots and increasingly impersonal online customer service, this company really stood out to me for putting genuine, personal communication at the heart of the customer experience. It was refreshing to feel like I was dealing with real people who genuinely cared about helping when we had a slight hiccup with delivery. Would absolutely buy from them again. Love that they have a dedicated delivery team. Again, unusual for an online brand but it totally works. Well done, Mirrors of London - you've set yourself apart from other brands really well.

Delivery could of been a bit quicker, it took a while to arrive but this was communicated so cant complain. The mirror is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Gold standard service and a statement mirror!
Despite the initial mirror breaking in transit (such a disappointment to open!), the founder & managing director responded to my email over the weekend, arranged a replacement within 48 hours to be delivered, unpacked and checked in my home (and disposing of the broken one). This was gold standard customer service which we rarely see nowadays! The mirror itself is gorgeous, beautifully made and a real statement piece. 100% recommend this company.

I am so beyond happy with my ‘Peckham’ freestanding mirror! It is stunning! It’s heavy, good quality, looks way more expensive that it is!
My only small complaint is it took A WHILE to be delivered! But saying that, it is definitely worth the wait!! 😍😍😍

Exceptional
Came across MOL via trawling the net specifically for a large mirror, what a gem of a company I found!
Easy to navigate their website and an assortment of mirrors were to be had!
Easy to order which I did, the mirror arrived within the time frame. The communication was extremely good regards to time slots and several options regards to leaving if not in.
Unfortunately no one was available on the day in question but the driver was brill, he spoke with me updating as to leaving with a neighbour.
The mirror unfortunately didn’t fit in with the room but we were lucky to find a recent addition to MOL’s which fit the bill!
Communication with them over the return of it and buying an alternative was again impressive, I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah. Arrangements were made to pick up the return and deliver the new on the same day, I left instructions and photos of where it was left and where to leave the new all these being passed on to the driver.
Again a seamless transaction to the letter!
Boy was the second mirror stunning! A fabulous statement piece and finish to our room!
I would certainly recommend this company if you’re in the market for something special!
