Exceptional
Came across MOL via trawling the net specifically for a large mirror, what a gem of a company I found!
Easy to navigate their website and an assortment of mirrors were to be had!
Easy to order which I did, the mirror arrived within the time frame. The communication was extremely good regards to time slots and several options regards to leaving if not in.
Unfortunately no one was available on the day in question but the driver was brill, he spoke with me updating as to leaving with a neighbour.
The mirror unfortunately didn’t fit in with the room but we were lucky to find a recent addition to MOL’s which fit the bill!
Communication with them over the return of it and buying an alternative was again impressive, I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah. Arrangements were made to pick up the return and deliver the new on the same day, I left instructions and photos of where it was left and where to leave the new all these being passed on to the driver.
Again a seamless transaction to the letter!
Boy was the second mirror stunning! A fabulous statement piece and finish to our room!
I would certainly recommend this company if you’re in the market for something special!

Extremely happy…
Was very happy with the service and the quality of the mirror was amazing I got mirrors of Chiswick. They were very accommodating even brought up my mirror to the 2nd floor when the lift wasn’t working so very grateful for that! Amazing size and great price!

Poor delivery
I chose this company due to both reviews posted & the on site information guaranteing offering a professional service. Unfortunately this is not the service I received. Delivery crew arrived & when I said can you take up stairs to my bedroom they said they didn't have this instruction. I have to add Mirrors of London site states room of choice. I also when messaged by ADA & G limited the delivery company i reinforced again the mirrow needed taking to my bedroom. Eventually they did but they were not too pleased making me feel quiet uneasy. Then I said are you opening / checking & taking packaging away to which they said no. Again Mirrors of London states check & take packaging away. Again I said site states that you carry out this service with no response other than having the signature machine thrusted to me with one word SIGN. Once they had left I went back upstairs & then noticed the mirrow was upside down. This 170 x 100cm free standing mirror is very heavy well for someone over 60 with a disability. I managed to inch towards my bed to turn round but due to the heaviness it fell on my arm causing bruising wrist & bleeding gash to arm. I was then left with manoeuvring to where I wanted with alot of apprehension as stated very heavy. I then had to dismantle packaging for taking to my local recycling centre where I had to seek assistance as all upstairs crates. I contacted James from aftercare who I must state apologised for the service & informed that due to a high volume of orders that deliveries can be outsourced & would work with company assigned to ensure they follow delivery instructions in the future. I'm writing to let you know if your over a certain age/living alone with a disability & choose this company because of reviews/on site guarantee that your made aware as I'm most certainly im not the first that this can happen too. I will not be ordering or recommending this company as I wouldn't want this experience to be received by anyone else

We would like to address the points raised as openly and honestly as possible.
Regarding room of choice delivery and packaging removal, you are correct that these were previously advertised as part of our standard service, and we sincerely apologise if this created an expectation that was not met. These services were offered as standard by our own in-house Delivery Team. However, due to a significant and sudden increase in orders, we have temporarily been working alongside a trusted courier partner to ensure customers receive their mirrors on time. This is not a service they offer as standard, and we appreciate this is disappointing. We have since removed all references to this from our website and marketing materials.
We are also aware that when you contacted ADA&G directly to request room of choice delivery, they responded to you in writing to advise that their service is doorstep delivery only. Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, they did carry the mirror to your bedroom, for which we are grateful. We do however completely understand your frustration at the manner in which this was handled, and the mirror being left upside down is something we have addressed directly and unreservedly with the team involved.
Our aftercare manager James has been in direct contact with you throughout this process, and we have conducted a thorough investigation into everything that occurred. We take every piece of feedback seriously and have already made a number of improvements as a direct result of your experience.
We are a small, family-run business with over 320 five star reviews and our customers mean everything to us. We are sorry this experience did not reflect that, and the door remains open should you wish to reach out to us directly at info@mirrorsoflondon.co.uk.

The mirror is absolutely perfect
The mirror is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The delivery was completely stress-free, arrived on time, and was handled with great care. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service and a great company to deal with. I would definitely order from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

The mirror arrived just before we flew…
The mirror arrived just before we flew to Spain but we checked and it looks fine. Haven’t had chance to put up yet! We also never received the £10 discount we were told would go in our bank,however the mirror looks fine. Thank you

Beautiful mirror
Beautiful mirror, delivered promptly and apparently it was easy to hang on the wall, despite its large size. Much cheaper than the one I was going to buy from a department store so I’m delighted.
