Excellent service, highly recommended.

My order was delayed and I feared it was lost. They took care of me and prepared another order and were ready to send it to make it up to me, when the package finally arrived. They were very understanding and extremely helpful!

I wasn’t getting updates from Australia post about my delivery so I emailed MISSCOSY to see if they could help? Received an email back from Christine who updated me on my delivery within a day. Also received a follow up email to insure I had received my parcel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a big thank you to Christine.

First order was shipped on time but the delivery company lost it. Customer Service was very concerned and helpful in getting a replacement out ASAP. Thanks for the product and great service

I accidentally made a double order and they quickly responded and fixed the issue for me. Furthermore, Christine followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was good.

I had placed an order for a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and had put the wrong address on the order. Christine was a great help in changing the address to the one I am currently at and my girlfriend also loves the 3 piece set.

Horrible customer service. They said my package would arrive within 6-10 days. Well 8 days later and my order is still in china. They did not update the tracking for 4 days so I was assuming everything was going as scheduled. On the 9th day they updated the tracking and said it’s going to be another 10 days before my order even makes it to the post office. Meanwhile I have been trying to get in touch with customer to help remedy this situation and they are non existent. They don’t have a contact number and their customer service is an automated email from a woman named christina that can’t address any customer issues/concerns. It was the first time I bought from this website and will surely be the last. Terrible company!!!!

UPDATE - I've updated my review due to the fact that their customer support (Christine) reached out to me and walked me through the process of getting the item returned. She was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Ultimately, I order the wrong size to begin with and due to the quick processing of orders, I didn't catch it in time.

I submitted an order for my wife and quickly realized I ordered the wrong size. Immediately I looked for a way to cancel or contact someone, but all I could find was the hello_at_misscosy.com and ask_at_misscosy.com emails. I sent emails to both or them to please update the size, but no replies. This morning I got an email that the shipment is in transit and it still shows the wrong size. I emailed again this morning, but nothing so far. I hope I don't get into a return shipment situation that could linger on for weeks/months. I really hope someone can help.

Company was good to work with followed up on our order... which was great because it had been not delivered due to my making a mistake on our address.. they contacted me and we got it corrected and shipped. Product was just as expected.

Ordered a set for my girlfriend, and the carrier delivered it to the wrong place. I contacted them telling them about the situation and they sent me out a new order with expedited shipping. Very professional and understanding. My girlfriend absolutely loves the set. Highly recommend!

I ordered a MissCosy set while tipsy one night after I saw their eye catching Facebook ad. Sober me was still happy with the purchase, my wife really loves it. My first order was lost in the mail, but MissCosy support was fast and responsive and got us a new order delivered quickly. Thank you!

It took a long time for it to get here...I wish it was local instead of China. However, wife loves the outfit!

Kann mich jemanden helfen? Ich habe am 06.10.23 bestellt und bis jetzt kam keine Bestellung. Gibt kein Telefonnummer,nur E-Mail und schreibt Christine ,das ich warten muss ,oder sie schicken mir Post noch einmal .
Habt ihr auch solche Erfahrung gehabt?

When I first got the products I was very impressed! The fit was amazing, fabric beyond cosy and the stitching impeccable. However, after a wash the fabric stretched and with each wash the fabric becomes harder.

The coziest pajamas ever! Customer service was excellent & these are my new fav lounge pajamas!

Good service - replaced my order that was not delivered - dont think that was their fault it just happens

Purchased some items for my wife's birthday, and unfortunately there was a small fault with one of the straps, and it broke.
I emailed with photos and Christine emailed back, apologised for the fault and sent out a replacement.
She then kindly followed up to make sure we received the new item.
Things go wrong, break etc, but it is how you handle the situation that counts.
I would definitely repurchase from Misscosy, as my wife loves the clothing and they clearly care about the customer.
