From start to finish Mission Loans was great. I worked with Paul Sorrentino, senior loan officer, and he was extremely communicative throughout the entire 3 week process. I also worked with Nolen Ennis, senior client relationship manager, during the underwriting process and he was also just as helpful. I highly recommend this team.

I went online to inquire about a Home Equity Loan, and immediately received a call back to get the process started. One on one assistance was given every step of the process. It was easy, quick and smooth as ever. I would highly recommend Mission Loan for all your home buying, refinancing or home equity loan needs.

Professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated their quick responses to either my calls or texts. I must mention Ricky and Matt are top notch! Great customer service in getting my refinance taken care of in a timely manner.

We were nervous about the whole process, but she had made everything go smoothly and easy to understand. When it came time to refinance years later, we didn't hesitate to go back to her. And once again, she delivered excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Mission Loans to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mortgage lender.

To be honest....I had called a mortgage company prior to mission loans. That company was not able to get me approved. Steven Sauter called me right after. I almost hung up on him due to being discouraged from news I received from the prior co.He said let's see what we can do. He gave me potential options and said give to him a day to see what he could figure out. My loan was interesting because it involved a HELOC. He kept his word and came through the next day with options. The process was quick and fast. I was approved. Diane Walker came in and set up the paperwork. The process was quick and smooth. They were patient awaiting documents. We even shared a laugh on the phone.Mission Loans is great. They said they were able to do what the others could not. They were telling the truth. Thank you again to the Mission Loans Team! Go with this company. They are honest and will really will work for you!

After dealing with local banks who were inattentive and curt. Mission loans made things easy efficient and stood by thier word. Fast fair and competitive. Other online brokers had annoying AI generated messages or long processes on data information submissions only to tell you they are interested in different types of clientele or they had crazy add on fee. Mission was personable efficient with e docs and closed very fast with a great rate. I would highly recommend Mission loans.

Paul Durand and the entire team that worked with me were all great! He used his knowledge and experience and worked out my refinance options in a way that worked best for my particular situation. The other team members helped to make the experience as seamless as possible. The entire process was completed within 5 weeks, which is very prompt and thorough.

Out of all the home loans we have done, we have never had quicker service. Within 7 days or so we closed our loan and had our money! Couldn’t believe it!

Form beginning to end...the refinance process was very smooth and also very quick. Submitting documents was quick and easy. Frank and Tiffany were both excellent at their jobs and both were very quick to respond to my questions! I would recommend Mission Loans to anyone looking for a Refi!
