Superb customer support. When I made the order I accidently put my wrong address down and didn't noticed until they dispatched it. After contacting them they were able to pull back the order from the courier and I could see they did just that. I expected them to wait for the order to be returned before sending out my order. However I received my order then next day, so they sent out a replacement for me without me having to wait for the wrong address to be returned.

Thank you for the help. Really appreciated you going out of your way to help me set up my new kit. I am a newbie when it comes to vaping, but mistervape helped me set up the kit and walked through every step and took an hour out of there time to help.

So happy I've got it working and wouldn't go anywhere else. Top marks.

I ordered a week ago, paid for 48 hour delivery, said it had been dispatched but the courier still hasn’t received after a few days, emailed support to ask for an update and no reply from them.
