I am extremely disappointed. Shortly after my interaction with MLO Shoes, my Chase debit card was hit with an unauthorized transaction attempt for $59.95 that Chase immediately flagged as suspicious and declined. I had to deal with a fraud alert, cancel my card, and go through the inconvenience of securing my account.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in how customer payment information is handled. Businesses have a responsibility to protect their customers’ sensitive financial data, and based on my experience, I no longer feel comfortable trusting MLO Shoes with my information.

I strongly encourage the company to investigate its payment security practices and improve how it safeguards customer data. Until then, I cannot recommend shopping here.

I ordered size 15 shoes to be shipped to my brother in MA… he received the shoes in a plastic bag with nothing but the shoes. He could not even fit his foot in the shoe. I either need the correct size reshaped to him or my money refunded.

Do not buy anything form these guys more importantly DO NOT give them you your Credit Card details they will charge you a monthly membership fee $59 US

Very upset was charged a 59.95 VIP charge I never agreed on I live on a fixed income.
I have diabetes, and I was looking for shoes.That would be comfortable from my feet $60 is a lot of money for me

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MLO!. MLO has taken Subscription payments out of my credit card in which I have NEVER signed up for. I had to cancel my old card for a new card because of it. They NEVER answer nor respond. EVEN when I got the new card MLO STILL tried to take Subscription from my New Card!1. How Audacity and Deceitful is that!. Everyone be very cautious. MLO doesn't seem to let you go away peacefully. You literally have to Fight for them to just simply leave away from the Company. MLO doesn't even deserve ONE STAR RATING .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered some shoes in 2023 and never received them so I knew it was a scam. I checked my Shop app last week and realized they were never even sent. So I wrote the company because I PAID them my money for shoes and they responded with a coupon for a free pair of shoes IF I were to buy another pair. Motherfckers, why would I spend more money on shoes that I never got in the first place? Just so I could get scammed again?? MLO is a SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was a victim of the 59.99 vip bullshit. But emailed them profusely & got my money back. And since ive got other shoes I personally love.

I purchased two pairs of shoes from them, and they started charging two “monthly” membership charges for almost $120 per month. I contacted them about this, and they refused to refund the fraudulent charges. It is clear that they deceitfully make their money from “memberships,” and not from the shoes they deceptively “sell.” They are unconscionably dishonest!

I bought one pair of shoes. I did NOT sign up for any membership. After the purchase, they started charging my card $59.95 repeatedly as a “membership.” Same thing happened to my wife.

This feels intentionally hidden at checkout. You think it’s a one-time purchase, then you get billed again and again.

If you order from this company, check your statements immediately. Do not trust that it’s a one-time charge.

Avoid unless you’re ready to deal with unauthorized recurring charges and fight for a refund.

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered the shoes online and got them. Fine, ordinary nothing special. Then lo and behold here comes a charge every month since of 59.95 every month since. At first I thought it was an error but find out no, my husband who also bought shoes from them has the same charge. I reported to my bank but went back to their site and tried to order another pair and there it is - a 'subscription charge' for try before you buy of 59.95 per month!! I have received no shoes, no email communications from them telling me I'm getting shoes or anything from them. Nothing except a debit from my account which I am now trying to get refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

total fraud-- signing people up without their consent for monthly 'VIP membership" fees of $59.95. Complete scam! And, their shoes are terrible quality.

Not recommended, worst costumer service won't recive ur order and if you did you will recive it with in 2-3 months, and the shoe looks good but quality its good for its price... good luck

BUYER BEWARE! Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to be charged $59 and $29 over and over again and not be able to get it stopped. Finally had to report it as fraud on my debit card and got a new debit card #. This STILL did not stop them. They were able to continue to charge through my old card # with something called a ticket that my bank explained to me. My bank had to block the ticket and issue me yet another debit card. Complete hassle!

Have not been able to reach this company via email info given to initiate a return and my credit card is being charged for a subscription I did not authorize and have no idea what subscription is for . I will be disputing these charges, and I would not order from this company . Very shady!

I ordered one pair of sneakers and I keep being charged a reoccurring $59 a month. I have not received a response from the company.

Bought one pair of shoes in December. Now found MLO has been charging my card $59 monthly, evidently for a “subscription “ which was not authorized and for which I have received nothing. Dispute has been initiated. Avoid this company.

I'm giving 2 stars because the product is actually good. The problem is they sneak in the "VIP" along with your order with no clear messaging that it's $59.95 per month that they charge you later. I asked them to cancel that and refund my money. They said they would refund it and it would it take up to 10 business days to receive it. It's been nearly a month now, and I never received the refund, and they no longer communicate.
Nice shoe. Even the price of the shoe is reasonable, but the bait and switch feel of making the VIP invisible by combining it with the free bag, is pretty bad form. On top of that, the "check is in the mail" approach to promising a refund they never planned to give, is truly bad business.
If you order the shoe, just pay attention to the detail so you aren't out $100 for a $40 pair of shoes. Overall, I do not recommend.

I wish there were zero stars. I saw shoes on Instagram and bought a pair that finally arrived late after numerous calls/emails. Then I realized they were charging my credit card $59 a month for a VIP program that I never enrolled in. Stay away!!!!

absolute scam, shoes were faulty from manufacturing, slugged me a VIP bill which i didnt opt for, no refunds yet.
