Bought the XPS light kit for my DWS779 type 22. Mine came with the white wire not crimped to the red connector on the harness. I had to take the red boot off, open up the crimped sleeve, insert the white wire and recrimp, then wrap the connection in electrical tape since the red boot wouldn’t go on anymore.

My order included a part that was on backorder from the manufacturer. Staff was very helpful in adapting to the situation and giving me options on how to proceed; ended up keeping the part on backorder and sending the remaining part.

The part was an OEM equivalent. I was able to install it without any issues and the cost of the part was very reasonable.

While my product (dewalt led mitre saw blade light) came, there was no invoice, no instructions on how to install it. Took a while to validate that I received the correct parts and even more time to find installation instructions. The instructions turned out to be from MM Tools which is puzzling as to why they didn’t point to the link which was very good. I wrote to the company and they did respond yet, iI will carefully think about ordering future parts/tools from them moving forward

Got email on 6/27/25 saying they were out of stock and would ship in 7-10 business days
I had to follow up on 7/12.
Part didn't arrive until 7/29

I called their customer service to confirm that they had the part in stock and was told they did. So I ordered and paid additionally for express shipping to make sure I got the part within 2 days.
After ordering, I received an email stating that the part was not in stock and had to be ordered.
Ordered part on the 7/8 and didn't receive until 7/23. 15 days later.
Note: If you need a part right away, better call them first.
Other than that, no problems

This is July and I had been waiting since April for items from another company, who then told me it would now be August or September before they would get the items in. I found the items on M & M and got them right away. I was able to cancel my order with the other company. Thank you for the great service.
