MoAM review
I joined Mums on a Mission about 5 years ago and it has been the best thing for me. I have never been a person that loves exercise or would voluntarily take myself for a walk or a run but now I am finding that I get upset if I have to miss out on going to a class. Since being a member, my mindset about exercise and nutrition completely changed resulting in huge improvements in my confidence, fitness and weight. There is a a variety of classes and the fact that you can take your kids if you need to means you have no excuse not to attend. All the trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. I have been able to safely train through injuries and pregnancy. No matter your level of fitness everyone gets something out of the classes. Mums on a Mission has created an amazing community of women that just want the best for each other and that is reflected in all the classes you attend. If you’re thinking about joining definitely give it a go because you’ve got nothing to lose by having a go!

and stayed for the friendships, like-minded community, laughter, sunshine, fresh air, support, challenges and amazing vibe.
If you are looking for “just” a gym or exercise group the world is your oyster and the choices are endless.
BUT if you want something truely special and unique that keeps your body and soul fit and healthy then you need to join the MOAMs tribe.
MOAM gives you abs, strengthens your glutes and fills your cup!!!

Best decision ever
Ill never be able to go back to a gym again. MOAM is personalised to my needs every session, i dont need to think, just rock up. There is something so satisfying training outside. I highly recommend Bec and her team 100%

I have been with MOAM for several years now and I can honestly say that it’s the best fitness group I’ve ever been a part of and I couldn’t think of ever training anywhere else.
I trained all the way through my pregnancy with ease having all the support and knowledge from the trainers to allow me to maintain my health and fitness safely.
Everything about MOAM is amazing, the trainers, variety of classes, all the members!
You could never regret joining this group but you are certainly missing out if you don’t give it a try!

Since I started MOAM I look forward to the session because of the nice atmosphere. We always have a bit of a laugh! Plus with my sore wrists and shoulders I get a guide on how I can slightly alter the workout to suit my body. This means I can still get a solid workout without injuring my body. Love Love Love it

I've been part of Mum's on a Mission now for 7 years and nothing else compares when looking for a fitness group! The trainers are fun, knowledgeable, friendly, and deliver great classes. I've made many good friends along the way who inspire me to keep coming - it's a great and supportive community to be part of. I never thought I'd be a consistent 'exerciser' but now I can't imagine life without it and now I hope to be active and fit well into old age!

I’ve been with MOAM for 5 years. Joining was the best decision I ever made! Not only have the trainers and other ladies motivated me to get fit post babies, they have been there with me every week as I’ve navigated the highs and lows of early motherhood over the past few years. It’s so much more than a training group! Beautiful ladies from all walks of life supporting and cheering eachother on. fitness, diet and nutrition guidance, mental and emotional support, friendships… it’s the best self-care bundle you could ask for!

The most supportive community of like minded mums, with amazing trainers who are incredible at their job.
Exercising outside with a bunch of fabulous women, being able to bring our kids with us, sharing our experiences and troubles, modelling healthy behaviours to our children, MOAM really is the whole package! Cannot recommend highly enough!

MOAM has transformed my way of life - it’s the best decision I’ve made to conquer my health.
Before joining, I was stuck in the mindset of minimising my life to my size or the number of the scale. I lost sight of what a full life could look like. Because of this community, I’ve gained the courage to live boldly in more ways than I can imagine! Some big wins are completing a half marathon, Hyrox and taking on triathlons, including 70.3 Ironman. I’m taken back by the person I am today & it’s because of this movement.
It’s much more than a fitness group, everything is covered from nutrition, mindset, well-being and all things fitness (strength, cardio, HIIT).
