Very good communication through out the ordering and delivery process. Really helped with making sure I selected the correct product . When my order arrived there were two internal aerials included instead of one internal and one external. I emailed the support team and they arranged a replacement aerial to be delivered straight away .

Worth every single penny. I bought the 4G Repeater Nikrans LCD250-4G-D 4G/LTE. I live in the back of beyond where there's very little phone signal outdoors at street level, and zero indoors anywhere. EE switched off the Signal Box service in June 2022. I bought this in the middle of July 2022 and my signal problems are a thing of the past. 3 days delivery times from Fed Ex. Worked straight out the box. I'd do some research into the nearest phone mast before setting up this system. It makes all the difference when you point the external aerial in the correct direction. Cannot fault this one single bit, I'm amazed at the call quality I truly am.

Ordered a booster, but needed some advice first. Catherine was very helpful and even offered to swap the booster if it was the wrong one( obviously we would have to pay the difference if the swap was more expensive).

The booster was simple to fit and works like a dream. It has made a huge difference as we are a beach cafe and the signal was intermittent before- meaning that we couldn't always take card payment!

Really happy with the mobile booster. I'd initially ordered the wrong one so was not working correctly for my mobile network. Catherine from support was excellent and patient in getting me to run a series of tests from my phone before exchanging the booster for the correct one for the signal in my area.

I live in Tanzania where signal strength is patchy and was hoping a booster would give me both 4G data and a better phone connection inside the house. Sadly, in the end I had to return the booster (to China) as we simply could not get it to work. I received a generous refund, given that the whole process took several months, involved many emails and some components had been kicking around the house so long they were no longer new. The customer care was great and I always had quick, patient responses to my many queries.

I haven't yet installer the booster I bought, but I am greatly impressed by the support I'm getting from this company. In particular, from Kate who is being extremely helpful in advising me of issues and answering the many questions I'm firing at her. Unfortunately, the booster arrived without its manual, but Kate very quickly emailed me one, and I must say it's a good one, helping me site the items and advising me to use the Field Test Mode on my iPhone to test the signal I'm currently getting. This shows the signal needs boosting and it will help me find the best orientation for the outdoor antenna I'm installing.

Item works very well. This is the first signal booster I have installed and I done a bit of reading before the installation which helped to save potential issues. The only thing I would say is to be careful where the external antenna is positioned. Take some time and check your best signal position before you drill etc. Where I first tested (to where the phone reception is usually best) the phone showed 4G and signal strength 2 bars but it would only allow calls and NO data, but when the antenna was moved to the rear of the property although the phone still showed 4G and 2 bars we then got calls and data, and when moved again we then got 4G and 4 bars steady, so just be careful where you position the antenna. (Again test plenty as where the antenna was finally positioned was not in an area where we thought it would work best, but because we checked carefully we got it better than we thought, hope this makes sense). Overall, well pleased with the product and if you take care and install to the instruction you will have no bother and improve your signal indoors greatly, we did!! From when ordered to received the item came quickly and was well packaged.

Didn't work when I received booster contacted customer services and received diagram back how to fit it. Checked cable and found a little wire in plug not making proper connection straightened wire slightly to make proper connection now works fine very pleased with signal in house. just a little frustrating but would recommend booster.

To go from no signal bars on the mobile to 5 is brilliant. The house and office now have a full signal.
The help from the Mobile-Signal-Boosters team was fantastic with everything very clearly explained and guides to what I needed very precise.

This is the 5th time that I have purchased a mobile signal booster from "Mobile Signal Boosters", all the system's that I have purchased before have done exactly what I needed. They are amazing people very, devoted to customer satisfaction.

I place an order for a signal booster in December 2020 to be deliver in Scotland.

Unfortunately the carrier company DHL had to use a third party for the final delivery Menzi distribution they deliver to the wrong address.

I could not trace it back and end up in the maze of customer contact with this two carrier company's.

I contacted Mobile-signal-booster custom service and they try everything they could to find a solution unfortunately without success.

At the end they decided to send me the item again.

I highly recommend Mobile-Signal-Booter for they services.

The signal now works in the house, I am happy with the product. The whole family can see the difference. I can make business calls now from home, especially with lockdown.
I paid for an aerial guy to put it on the roof as high as possible. Worth it in the end.

Where we are the 2G reception is just one bar and 4G reception virtually non-existant in our bungalow.

I bought the 5-Band Signal Booster Nikrans NS-300-Smart - 1, and I know it is very expensive, but during internet blackouts, we are virtually isolated.

This device gives us full 5 bars on a 2G Nokia. On my iPhone I initially got 2 bars, but after more careful aerial alignment, I got 3 out of 4 bars, but we are midway between two O2 masts.

However, the download data rate is now healthy and the voice signal is very much clearer with no dropouts any more.

I'm very pleased with the purchase, but if you get one, pay great attention to the outdoor aerial direction and position as it really matters (I will need to fine tune mine a bit more when the attic is cooler).
