mobileguruaustralia.com.au Reviews

very fast and efficient from the moment I sent my phone away to the time where they received my phone, assessed and processed payment. highly recommend

Very pleased with the service and best prices in Australia

I've traded phones with other companies in the past and had a much better experience.

Details on their website seemeded competitive, which is why I thought i'd give them ago.

EDIT POST RESPONSE FROM MOBILE GURU: No attempts to contact me were made as stated.

Mobile Guru were dishonest per the listing on their website and the interactions I experienced, per my review.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DISHONEST.

Posting to their store was easy.

That's when the games started.

Firstly, I got a low-ball offer that was ridiculous. It didn't even match what is listed on their website and the corresponding description.
Website = $240
Offer = $170

They supposedly did another review of the phone, and surprise, it operated as I described. They came back with another lowball offer.
Offer = $190
Option = not sell, pay for post, $10

I said the phone matched the description I listed on their website, but I was over negotiating on an old phone. I stated $220 in my bank, or return the phone.

Magically I had $220 deposited in my account.

Don't trust this company. They like to play games.

I would recommend to use any one else by Mobile Guru. Mobile Monster would be my next choice.

Very happy with The Mobile Guru, dealing with them was a breeze! I was a bit hesitant to start with but they were great! I sent in my old iPhone & Apple watch, their communication & payment was prompt! Definitely recommend!

Very efficient, offered a good price.

This company was so helpful and very responsive always returned my calls and gave great offer for my devices

Used them to sell two old phones that would otherwise have been disposed of. Happy with the service and glad that someone will eventually get some use out of these phones rather than go to landfill. Their service was amazingly fast and the funds were in my account within three days of interstate posting from regional Australia.

The phone trade-in process was efficient, and payment was received within 24 hours. Good experience overall.

Awesome I only got them mobile Guru to sell my mobiles

Probably the fairest website on the market and quick and easy

Superb! Received payment on time and got a fair quota on my phone receiving the highest cash

Selling process is very straightforward, fast and reliable. I sold my Ipad Air 5th generation and the process only took 2 days to get all done. Highly recommend this shop

Sold my IPhone 14pro to Mobile Guru. Can I tell you this company are absolutely amazing : )
I decided to drop my mobile myself, within minutes I was told how much I’d receive and later that night my money was in my account.
I found them to be honest, fast and super friendly 10/10

I highly recommend them! Their service is excellent, and communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. I received my money right within the promised time frame, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Very satisfied with their professionalism and reliability!
