From the moment I began my enquiry, I was impressed with how efficient the communication and process was. Payment was made within 24 hours of my items arriving with the company. Would recommend to everyone.

Mobile Guru are brilliant to deal with. They are fast and efficient and do not disappoint. Their communication is clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend them when selling any device. The rates offered are competitive and their team make the entire experience seamless.

Mobile Guru did everything they said that they would do. Efficient, no hassle and simple instructions.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Really simple process online. After sending my phone via post, I received a message a couple of days later with an assessment of my phone quality and the amount of money I was offered. All I had to do was reply 'yes' to the offer in their email and that was it, money transferred. I received more money than what the competitors were offering so I will definitely be using this service again in the future with Mobile Guru!

Super easy selling process and money came through so quickly. Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future

A quality outfit that does exactly what they say they will—a rarity!

Excellent Transaction with Mobile Guru once again and can highly recommend to all Thanks !!

Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

Super easy process, quick turn around and excellent communication.

So fast and easy!! From start to finish the process was simple to follow and quick turnaround. Thanks so much!!

They are great in doing Business

Like others on this site, sent in phone in what was definitely good condition and a quoted price for purchase, then they claimed the phone was not in good conditions and had "deep scratches". They provided a video which did not enable you to see what they were claiming, then followed with a picture which was similar. There were not deep scratches on the phone when I sent it in and for a five year old phone was in very good condition, including the screen. The rest of the process was fine and worked well but felt screwed over. I was going to go through Apple who quoted just slightly less and wish I had done so. Would not use them again.

I’ve been buying phones from the Mobile Guru for years now. Such a great company! Great service and products!
