Such an easy transaction
They offer an option where they send you a free return shipping satchel so you can put your phone in there and sent back to their VIC office.
My phone had a lot of dents, scratches, screen damage and they STILL honoured almost $500 for what I was expecting free recycling.
Due to this Mobile Monster will earn my business again.

Reliable and Good Prices!
As always, communication is great but payment I feel could be processed a bit quicker. Receiving and testing the device seems to take a day but then a further 3 days at minimum to receive payment.
They do make you aware of the 3-5 day processing time but I can’t help but feel this could be quicker. I’ve used other companies who pay almost immediately.

Very impressed with the fairness and speed of being able to sell your device
Sent off my iPhone on Friday the 14th of August via AustPost
They received it pretty quickly, and got the received email on the 18th of August
19th of August – they requested to ask for my ID and invoice due to it being a high price item (was happy to provide invoice, but a bit weary to send ID over email, but I did anyway). I wish they had a secure portal to upload this kind of stuff to instead of using a Zendesk email.
20th of August – got an email saying they got my details and it is all approved and will be payments will be processed (***normal processing time is 3-5 business days from when the device was received)
25th of August - Money in the bank!
