First time dealing with Mobile Monster, I have to say I am impressed. The whole process started with an easy navigation of their website, and the information gave me the clear picture of my expectation. The whole process left me with one 'risk' that I need to mail out my phone first, and what if i dont get the money was a question there for me. The reviews and the track record of transactions then provided me with comfort that this business has demonstrated its size and integrity. Then the second question is what if they mark down for the handset grade/price. Well I thought for the general trust of Australian businesses and the relatively small value of the transaction, I would give it a go. Got a great price for my fold 7 and the experience was easy. Mobile monster sent me out a self address prepaid parcel bag to send my device to them in and the money was in my bank around 7 days later. I used to trade in my phones with Samsung when upgrading but I will be using mobile monster from now on!

I recently (July/August)sold a mobile to Mobile Monster. They emailed a label, and I printed it, packaged the phone, and handed it over to AusPost. Easy ...
I got an email saying it's there and that it's worth $30 less than the first offer. No problems, so I sent an OK...
10 days later, I contacted them asking for payment. They said it was sent, and it bounced!!!
There were 2 attempts, and I gave them an alternative account number, and everything was good.
The person I dealt with understood my frustration with the payment and was excellent.
The price they offered was good, and they were great to deal with.
