Scam

Bought starlink mini mount and paid for it to be delivered on a friday, needed it that weekend. Didnt show up until monday. Trying to return and they had me fill out a return form and they said it would promptly send me a return label via email. Still waiting. Also, ive been docked $28 from my refund for both sides of shipping. Scam company. Go do business elsewhere.

Don't do it!

5 years ago I would have recommended MMH, now I can no longer do that. I ordered a complete system for my RV, including router, antenna, etc. The peplink router apparently does not integrate well with starlink....painfully slow speeds. Their Roam plan has terrible speeds, like can't even stream a movie. Their once awesome customer support is now awful! They refuse to return phone calls and apparently operated solel1y through email.....when/if they respond it generally useless instructions. At this rate, I just want my money back!

Shipped my order to someone else and blamed me

Ordered 3 products for StarLink Mini. They shipped it to the wrong person in a different state and told me it was my fault. Their site still thinks I'm a different person. It's probably their vendor's fault (Shopify), but they are refusing to pay to ship the product to me. Blame the customer and refuse to help is the definition of poor customer service.

This places is unprofessional

This places is unprofessional, discrimination of who you are, don’t work for this places they will lure you in and make you excited by sending you the first step of an interview question and you answer. After couple days they just automatically say by review your skills your not qualified. The funny thing is that before they send your those question, when you apply your skills interest them that’s why they send those questions. So, being said should have at least said in the first places, I apologize but carefully review your application we decided to move forward with other candidates that simple. Instead of people applying and then send them the first step of the interview question. They are doing this just to meet their application quota. This really made me upset making someone excited on a position and I took the time to answer all those questions and get decline. Never applied to this places that’s all I have to say.

Use Caution - they seem disorganized

9/4/25 Update: they have reached out to me to make it right, issued a partial refund and will accept my return. I will update this review when all is resolved.
9/3/25 - Stay away, I ordered a mobile internet solution, paid a large amount for expedited overnight shipping - website banner says "same day shipping on orders placed before 2pm est, I made the cutoff by 30 minutes. It shipped the next day jeopardizing my trip. I ordered based on the comfort of a "no questions asked return policy (30 days)", then tried to return the unit within 30 days and was ignored / brushed off by support. Unit will barely connect to T-mobile 5g, I have a Tmobile home unit swapped onto the same waveform antenna and the connection has been magnificent all over the country. By the way, the return policy - they will only ship a box to your home address with return label and they want it to be new / unused, pretty convenient policy for a company selling mobile solutions to the RV crowd, this means they basically prevent returns. Never again will I bring commerce to this company, and I'll actively discourage it on the road as well, us campers talk (a lot).... I have another request in to cancel the mobile sim subscription, if it is ignored I'm going to multiple officials for solution.

Unlimited is not unlimited at all!!

I purchased an unlimited plan back in April through their RoamAlink Connect deals. All major carriers automatic switching to the “best carrier”. Was told this would be what I needed for online gaming and also full streaming on tv.
After around $800 dollars later I have experienced my router having to be manually set on the better of the 4 carriers in my area. The password was changed on my router and nothing would connect even the admin password so I could not even get in the router to see what was going on. Slow speeds even on 5g service and the latest is an email from one of the posters on here that works with them (Easton Douglas) stating that I have consistently exceeded my data usage on my “unlimited” plan. So now they want me to change to a direct connect plan and use them as a back up plan. The unlimited plan they sell is actually limited to 20gigs of usage per day based on a 7 day average. So in reality that would equate to 560 gigs a month using 4 weeks as the the monthly period. Not very happy at all.

With our rental device program, the hardware is set up for a true plug-and-play experience. Because the equipment remains our property, device settings are managed by us to keep things simple and consistent. Customers who choose to purchase their own router always have full administrative access.
On the carrier side, RoamLink connects to the strongest available signal in your location. Routers can detect signal strength, but they cannot measure or compare actual throughput speeds across multiple carriers simultaneously, as doing so would disconnect you during the process. Signal strength and internet speed are related but not the same thing, which can sometimes lead to different results than expected.
Regarding usage, all mobile providers (ours included) have terms of service that allow for traffic management when data usage is extremely high. Mobile data is far more costly than landline internet, and to keep plans affordable, we work hard to balance fair usage with network performance for everyone. For customers who consistently need very high bandwidth, we recommend looking at direct-connect carrier plans. These plans can handle higher sustained usage and are often more cost-effective since they are tied to a single carrier. Adding RoamLink as a backup still gives you the best of both worlds: reliable high-usage capacity plus multi-carrier redundancy when you need it most.

Didn't work, refunded 40% of what I paid

Not only do I shop online a lot, but I built and oversee a major Ecommerce Store online. I know when a website/company is screwing you over. Such is the case here.

Ignore everything they say on their website or in ANY interaction with them. THEY LIE. It seems so innovative and seems to make great sense what they've created. But believe me, once they get your money, it's the exact opposite experience.

Their service simply DIDN'T WORK! They said the cell tower was nearby and they could detect it, but I was getting 0.07mb/s. So I turned it off after a few days of trying to troubleshoot and letting them troubleshoot. I boxed everything up and then had to chase them to process my return/refund. Only then did they give me a return amount of $152. I had paid $325.

EDIT: After a bunch of haggling, making a lot of noise and sending an email to their CEO, I have been refunded in full. Not a good experience, but I appreciate you making things right eventually.

Rip Off

I called to ensure that the B One router will work if 2 T-Mobile 5G home internet boxes could be connected to the B One and use the SpeedFusion to bond them to increase both download and upload speeds. I was told yes over the phone, in a web chat, and again when I called asking for support.

My T-Mobile boxes do connect, my peplink setup is correct and connected properly. Here’s the problem:

My download and upload speeds are bonded but it’s actually 1/3 the speed I get from just 1 T-mobile 5G home internet box.

Support and Sales were friendly enough but will only blame outside factors that I have debunked by simply removing the peplink device and measuring performance without it.

I’m out about $700.00 for something that doesn’t do what they say it does.

Strongly recommend!

MobileMustHave is my go-to for anything I need to live a nomadic lifestyle. Their employees are helpful and friendly, and their products are top of the line. I would strongly recommend anyone living in an RV, van, or boat check them out! Their multi-carrier RoamLink Wireless data plans in particular are a game-changer!

I recently had a fantastic experience with MobileMustHave.com and felt compelled to share it. Their customer service was outstanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions. My order arrived quickly, in 2 days to be exact.

The RoamLink wireless solution has been nothing short of exceptional, providing reliable connectivity that has enhanced my mobile experience significantly. Additionally, the Peplink equipment I received is a noticeable upgrade compared to what I previously purchased from Amazon. I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance.

Best in the Business!

We've been full time Rvers for 4 years now, and we tried several different solutions before we found Mobilemusthave (none of which we're very effective). The difference is NIGHT and DAY! After consulting with their specialists, we ordered a Peplink/Starlink solution that has kept us connected in every location that we've traveled to. My wife and I can now reliably work from the road. These guys are the best, and their service is TOP NOTCH! If you need a solution for mobile internet, Mobilemusthave.com is the best place to find it!

Expensive and not worth it

They aggressively push their Peplink devices. While chatting with their website online, I asked about the speed differences between their Peplink devices and other devices like Cudy and MOFI. They claimed that other devices weren't as fast or inferior, despite me googling and verifying that they use the same ship / modem. For example, Cudy has a Qualcomm, same as the chips they use in Peplink. The modem sierra wireless is also in other cheaper routers, you are just paying huge markups.

Their "M - Series" plans are also a rip off. You need to have Speed Fusion + be in warranty, so they aren't being honest with the total cost of the service.

Saturday Service and 7 Month Return = 5 Stars

In July 2023 I purchased a Peplink MAX BR1 MINI Mobile Router with a Parsec Doberman 5-in-1 Antenna. It appears very techie and confusing, but the live support and provided videos make setup very doable.
The 'start-up' antennas they provide worked so well, I left them installed for several months and didn't go thru the hassle of running cables to install the roof antenna.
In Feb 2024, with a trip to Big Bend NP coming up, I tried to install the antenna on the roof. The five factory connected 7' cables were ~24" too short for the configuration of my Newmar.
I checked the MMH website and even thou they are only open M-F, I started a chat session on a Saturday afternoon "Hello - it's Saturday, anyone there?" and Sierra was in the office and answered my chat. Then took my request to management on Monday. MMH has agreed to let me swap my 7' version for a 15' version even thou I had my unit for ~7 months.
Saturday service and 7 month return = 5 Stars in my book.

Nothing but problems with this company

Nothing but problems with this company. I work at a small business so I do not take negative reviews lightly, but MobileMustHave's policies and customer service are horrendous. I would not recommend counting on them for mobile internet. There were multiple issues over 3 months but I'll jump to the main situation:

I ordered a mobile internet bundle and the equipment arrived ok, but 2 months later they canceled my mobile internet plan. They are clear up front that sometimes they don't have control over the mobile carriers, and I completely understand that. However, the alternatives they offered weren't compatible with the equipment they had sold me. My options were to go with a plan that was far inferior with not nearly enough data or coverage, or to buy expensive new equipment that was compatible with a comparable internet plan. I asked them repeatedly to let me return my equipment and purchase the new equipment, but their response was that it was "way past the return deadline"...it had been 2 months since I purchased the bundle. I pleaded with them to make an exception and let me exchange the equipment since I had purchased the equipment and the mobile plan together as a bundle; my request was continually denied even after it was escalated to upper management. The most annoying and unprofessional part of this was that they kept recommending that I try to sell my equipment on ebay. Their exact words were that "there's a strong secondary market for this equipment". I actually did try to sell it when they left me with no other options; I ended up dropping the price to 1/3 of what I paid for it and I still didn't get a single offer, so it turns out the secondary market is not so strong. In the end, they were forcing me to eat the cost of my equipment which was now obsolete. To reiterate, it had only been 2 months since I purchased it as a bundle with the mobile internet plan.

Worth mentioning that even having these conversations with customer service was incredibly difficult because when you call in, their customer service reps say that they can't help with anything related to mobile internet plans, it seems like they're really just there to help you buy more stuff. I had to email in and wait sometimes several days for a response. Their whole customer service department was disjointed and I had to explain my situation from the beginning every time I spoke with someone. Even the so-called customer service manager didn't remember me after I had spoken with her at length. I understand customer service slip-ups, but I was told that this was escalated up to the owners and they still shot it down. That means crummy customer service is a company-wide policy. Their whole attitude was "oh well, not our problem".

I strongly recommend you get your mobile internet plan and equipment from another company.
