Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I found this company via a phone recycling comparison website. The pack was sent out to me extremely quickly, received the very next day. Their customer service is impeccable. Every time I emailed with a query they responded the very same day, usually within just hours, sometimes minutes. They were very accommodating when I explained I was co-ordinating it for my Dad and told me exactly what their requirements were. The payment was received before 9am the next day.
