I'm really happy with this eSIM service! the setup was quick and easy and the connection has been fast and reliable. i'm currently in Greece and using the eSIM right now to write this review. Highly recommend!

I installed an eSim for my travel to Singapore. When I landed at Changi it failed to connect to a lower telco. At my hotel with Wi-Fi, I emailed Customer support. Next morning, I received a trouble shooting checklist. Sure enough the checklist identified that my data roaming was disabled. Once enabled, it connected immediately to the local telco.

I should add that this was my 5th eSIM purchases for use in different parts of Asia and previously they worked seamlessly. The important SOP is to turn off your Primary sim while in flight and turn on the eSIM on arrival. If not your primary sim will connect to the local telco before the eSIM and you will be charged 1 day of day roaming by your service provider.👍

Easy App, fantastic value, no issues with service connectivity. Have used in UAE and the US. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service to solve an initial problem

It's easy to set up and connectivity is good. Worekd well in Ghana, Eswatini and Zambia.

Struggled with connectivity in Zimbabwe though.

It was very easy to buy and very easy to install with their guide. Used it during my visit in the UAE.

Vom Kauf bis zur Aktivierung und Nutzung der eSIM hat es vielleicht 10 Minuten gedauert. Die negativen Kommentare kann ich zum Glück nicht nachvollziehen. Man muss nur einfach Geduld mitbringen und den Aktivierungs Assistenten machen lassen. Innerhalb von Dubai hatte ich immer Empfang, über die Höchstgeschwindigkeit kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da ich hauptsächlich WhatsApp und Safari nutze.

Had technical issues trying to activate the sim.

Called the phone help number with out success and tried messaging within the app, also without a response.

I had previously used their sims successfully, but this time no luck at all.

I used eSIM in Dubai, it was fast but kept going in and out of coverage, especially in some parts of the city. Overall Coverage just wasnt their, and made my life navigating the city hard.

I recently had a 7-day city break in Dubai, and I have to give a big shoutout to MobileSIM for making my trip so much smoother! I used their eSIM service the whole time, and honestly, it worked great.

I activated it before I even boarded my flight — super quick and easy — and the moment I landed in Dubai, boom, I was connected. No stress, no hunting for SIM cards at the airport, which was a lifesaver because my driver was already there and I was running super late. I was glad that I had data instantly to connect with him.

The data speed was great the whole trip. I was constantly using maps, ride apps, and social media, and never had a single issue. Coverage was spot-on everywhere — Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, and even out on a desert safari!

Super convenient, reliable, and just did the job perfectly!

In February I travelled to Sri Lanka. My new phone now supports eSIM so I thought I would give it a try. Usually, when I travel outside the EU, I buy local SIMs. Now, with this eSIM I was quite satisfied: I liked the offer, the activation stes were easy to understand...Next time I will use the same service.

Don’t take this company.
I bought 1giga internet for Lebanon. After 640 Mo my internet stoped (this is stupid from their side as we can track the consumption with our phone).
As I did not have other choice I bough another giga, and not nothing is working and the customer service is not responding.
This is the type of small company that is going to stop with all the bad comment. Trust me I’ll will follow up this. They will have to reimburse me even if I need to pay a lot with a lawyer to get back 20$

Easy to install and works perfectly, great product !!

My mobile sim didn't work, when I told the company by email, no one took care of it. I payed with paypal and told them to reumburce the amount to my account - they didn't do it until now

Actually second last purchase of 5 fb only able to get 389 mb and rest disappeared . I did not delete it so not sure what happened . But a waste of 8 euro . I needed access to allow me to find accommodations and booking so had to buy a further 1 gb which hopefully will last the distance . Hope it doesn’t happen again . I should emphasise I did not delete it . I would appreciate a response from the company . When it works it works well .

I bought and eSIM and it said it was successful, but it said there was an "Error" and I didn't get my eSIM. I tried again this time it succseded and I got it - but when I looked at my bank it had taken money twice both from the one with an "error" and the one that worked!
