Easy to set up
Easy to set up, worked flawlessly. To be honest the only flaw is the inability to top up online like Airalo. In all other aspects I found your connectivity way better than anyone I have used.

Excelente E Sim para todos tus viajes
Estaba buscando unas E Sims para mi estancia en Jamaica, pero no encontraba nada facil y rapido, hasta que encontré esta compañia y la verdad me sorprendió lo rapido que fue activarla y sobre todo que vienen muchisimos paises donde puedes seleccionar, y por el precio, esta genial!
La señal de internet siempre fue fuerte y buena, aun estando en la playa, no contraté el servicio de telefonia, ya que solo necesitaba internet, asi que solo puedo decir que me funcionó muy bien y ya la contraté 3 veces en todo mi viaje.

Would not recommend, worked for 1 hour
Worked for 1 hour and then stopped! They won’t refund because the T’s and C’s say no refunds. Would not recommend, don’t use this company, seems a bit like a scam to sell you a product that doesn’t work and then refuse refunds because it says so in the T’s and C’s. Seems like a very convenient excuse not to have to pay people back because their product doesn’t work.
EDIT in response to Esims answer. Please explain WHY the sim was working and then stopped if the set up was incorrect in the first place. I tried all the things you suggested but that didn’t work. You were asking me to provide screenshots of my phone and other info and I didn’t want to waste more of my time doing that before knowing why it would suddenly stop working. I asked to explain why it was working and then stopped, why would that happen if the setup wasn’t correct initially? YOU chose to ignore that part of my email and say no refunds because of T’s and C’s. Please don’t reply to my review saying I am at fault here and didn’t respond to you and refused to provide information when that’s only half the story.
You’re customer service is lacking and js instead of providing any really support or help you prefer to blame the customer and use t’s and c’s as an excuse.
FYI I just set up my friends airolo eSIM when she couldn’t get it to work so I’m not an idiot.
I would give 0 stars if I could!

Based on our records we can see you've been in contact with our Customer Support agents.
In the latest emails they sent you you were asked to update your mobile data settings based on the steps provided by email:
- Go to Cellular/Mobile Data, then select your Travel eSIM → Enable the “Turn On This Line” toggle, go back to "Mobile Data" and select your new Travel eSIM data plan
- Tap “Network Selection”, and disable the “Automatic” toggle → check to see if your eSIM has connected to the supported network.
- Enable the “Data Roaming” toggle for your new eSIM plan.
If you're having any issues with your data, you need to check your APN and Roaming settings to make sure that they're correct:
Under your new eSIM → Mobile Data Network → find "APN" and use the following APN for Mobile Data:
APN: globaldata
Leave everything else blank.
In case you receive the following message: "Unable to Activate eSIM - (You can try again or contact your carrier for assistance)"
In case you are not able to install/locate the Travel eSIM, please provide us the following information and screenshots in order to further investigate this for you.
1. The IMEI of your device, you can get it by dialing *#06# or in your device settings.
2. Installed ICCID (Settings > General > About > Scroll down to find the ICCID)
3. APN settings (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Data plans (or Cellular Plans, or SIMs) - Airalo eSIM (or whatever name it got assigned)
4. Cellular or Mobile Data Network)
5. Data Roaming (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Data plans (or Cellular Plans, or SIMs) - Airalo eSIM (or whatever name it got assigned) > Data Roaming)
6. Available SIM/eSIMs (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data)
7. Selected Network (Settings> Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Data plans (or Cellular Plans, or SIMs) > Airalo eSIM (or whatever name it got assigned) > Network Selection)
8. Cellular - Cellular Data Options and enable "Limit IP Address Tracking" ON.

So they gave me a full refund/credit. I cannot say the same for Sakura Mobile, who would not give a refund. I am very grateful to MobileSIM for honoring that.

don’t recommend unless you’re into getting scammed
successfully received eSIM once, then tried to purchase another after first one ran out, got charged but it said there was an “error” and i didn’t receive the esim. this happened again, just two minutes ago. 26$ out of my account and no eSIM!!!!
