Very pleasant and efficient, good service 👍

What an amazing company to deal and do business with. From the admin staff to great Mark who bought out my nearly new scooter which looked brand new and is amazing. Mark was so lovely and patient with me explaining everything in great detail. Also I thought I wanted the seat higher which Mark did for me only for me to realise I didn’t and Mark put it back with a smile to the original height. Would 100% recommend using Mobilty Giant I will certainly be using them again when I need too.

From ordering my scooter to delivery everything was fantastic and couldn't fault it . I look on the site and found a scooter that was suitable and bought it. It was so straight forward then I received an email with everything on it and the tracking page to track the delivery.
I was informed of the delivery date then the day before I received a text with time of delivery then the morning of the delivery the gave me a more exact time. John D came and delivered the scooter he was a very friendly and bubbly person. He talked to me about all the controls and then asked me if I would just take it round the block to check everything. He was so understanding and happy to do everything he could. I would highly recommend this company from start to finish.

For the brilliant efficiency and politeness on the telephone, overall extremely helpful and the Mobility scooter looks like a brand new one so I would highly recommend Mobility Giant to anyone.

The delivery driver was very helpful and explained everything that was needed had no questions and felt like we was looked after lovely staff over the phone when placing order very helpful and friendly must say was a great experience lots of thanks from Kevin

I had a problem with the New Super Nova Exel the captains chair became difficult to lock in forward & rotational positions problem was solved after the seat was dismantled with some minimal filing it was solved although it did take sometime to disesemble the chair but the problem was resolved.
Also had occasional screeching sound which seemed to come from the rear right hand wheel again the problem was solved after removing rear wheels to expose braking system where adjustments were made to system both rear wheels were removed & grease was applied problem was solved.
Initially I thought it was a problem with the bearing but thankfully it wasn’t.
I must complement Lee who did a great job despite having a huge workload for that day.

From the initial contact with Vicky to Mark's arrival and repair of my scooter - brilliant.
I was informed when my request was received and when the engineer would be calling and when he was on his way.
In no time at all, problems with my mobility scooter were spotted and sorted.
I can now do "60mph in 0 - 3 weeks on a downhill stretch" 😀 x

Great Company to deal with they told me all what was going on from start to finish have now had 2 things from them and no problems from start to Finish well done

We've just taken delivery of my dad'sscooter. The person dropping it off was brilliant. Explained everything really well. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous service. I'd definitely recommend.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I just purchased my fourth scooter with Mobility Giant. I appreciate the service you get from all the staff they are polite, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
You know when you purchased a scooter from them that it has a professional check over by trained staff, new batteries fitted giving you good piece of mind every time you go out on your scooter. The young man who delivers your scooter from mobility giant is always polite and knowledgeable he shows you all the workings of your new scooter then watches you as you take it for a short spin, then asks again if your happy and if you need anything adjusted like the seat fantastic service.
But its not just when you purchased the scooter the great service carries on throughout the warranty time and beyond.
From my years of dealing with mobility giant i would not hesitate but to highly recommend them. Its reassuring and gives you great confidence knowing they will not let you down. THANK YOU ALL AT MOBILITY GIANT

Bouht my second scooter from Mobility Giant (MG) because I was happy with my first purchase. 'Dax' the delivery guy, was fantastic. He explained all the workings of the scooter and his professionalism and expertise was so obvious. Since I bought my first scooter some years ago, I calculate that I have saved at least £16,000 over the years, and I don't have to hang around waiting for a taxi's to turn up because I have so much freedom. Everyone I spoke to via phone have been very helpful and friendly. My scooter was collected within days and I was given aone to bridge the gap whilst mine was being mended. I have been kept informed via phone or text day of collection of scooter and return date. John who collected my scooter and returned it was extremely helpful and friendly. I had my scooter delivered today and the whole sales process from beginning to end has been exemplary.
The sales team have kept me up to date regarding the pre delivery inspection and delivery time.
John,who delivered the scooter was promt and very efficient in the handover and the scooter, despite being 2 years old,looks like new.
I will definitely be recommending Mobility Giant in the future.

Highly recommended mobility company. Used scooters are always well prepped and of good quality. If something does go wrong they will always sort it for you. Very trustworthy and seem to genuinely care for their customers.
