I have just taken delivery of my scooter, from the very beginning to actually getting it was made so simple for me, all the staff were very friendly and were very gracious to me the customer. My delivery was by a man called Max he was probably the nicest delivery driver I have ever met. Thanks to all at Mobility Giant.

My scooter arrived on time and was delivered by Guy, a most helpful person. Having unloaded it, he brought it to the door and took great care in explaining everything. He then drove it up a ramp into my conservatory and made sure that I was able to do the same before going through the paperwork and offering me the free one month insurance. Thank you also to William who I initially spoke with on the phone and took my order.

Billy one of the Bosses at Mobility Giant made my order for long term hire of a Pride Colt Executive very easy, with no stress it was all taken care of and the contact was excellent the best I have encountered, they kept me informed all along till delivery which was very quick. Then on day of delivery it was by Wayne who was also very helpful as said the best company I have used in uk. Thank you Mobility Giant as the Scooter was like new very happy.

no handbook cannot get one on the internet

Top class company. So helpful they listen to what you need. From start to finish the order was 100% so easy. The delivery man was so cheerful and polite and on time. Made sure I knew how to handle my scooter ie fold it down and up again. I do not hesitate in recommending them 100%. Thank you.

From start to delivery everything was great, sales and delivery..second time iv used mobility giant and will do again, really friendly staff...delivery man was named guy...really nice fella even sense of humour which you don't normally get with delivery drivers..when they say our mobility scooters are like new you think that's it's them just saying it...but can honestly say the last two I have purchased have been like ex display really great condition..found them by accident but wish I found them earlier due to what I had spent with other companies, great price bikes to suit all and smooth process, would highly recommend to anybody..really pleased with my purchase...so anybody looking for a mobility scooter try them first and if it is anything like my last two experiences you will not be disappointed..thanks mobility giant very satisfied customer..

The part exchange I got seeing that had only had a coupe mouths seemed very small.
Asked for hard copy of instructions still not come.
And the TGA midi still has no keys for the back box me and the he delivery man looked high and low.
Other wise very happy to go back to the TGA Midi 3.

Mobility Giant have just delivered my scooter i must say they are a great company to deal with from start to finish they have kept in touch with me while awaiting delivery, I did have a little hiccup which was sorted immediately but this is the way a great company sorts things out. Mathew the chap who delivered my scooter was very knowledgeable he talked me through all the things I needed to know about my scooter so all in all a very very good experience. Great people to talk to on the phone oncei explained what I wanted the guy sorted me out a deal that we both agreed to and I did the deal. Then it was delivered by young man who explained everything and showed me everything I needed to know on folding the scooter to get it in my boot. Well done that team

I organised the order so that my new scooter would be diverted the day after my return from Spain. 7.30 am Dax arrived ang completed a 30 minute hand over. He explained all the features of the scooter even though I have had them for 5 years.
Friendly service and excellent process. Definitely a 5* service and I would recommend Mobility Giant without hesitation. Thanks.
