Attempted to contact customer service on many occasions via email, Facebook, phone with no real reply. Needed to know the status of my order as product required asap. After many attempts I was finally contacted by Aida Care only to be told there had been a processing error and my product was still at the warehouse. Delivery was organised and product sent missing a vital piece. I was then required to pick this up at a showroom which resulted in a 120km round trip on top of paying $45 delivery fee. Very poor customer service. Will avoid in future

The service delivery and setting up items was great the delivery men were so polite and helpful would purchase from the store again when necessary.

I bought a range of stuff through medicalhq. From a new swivel shower chair and new tall walker a couple of cushions for my butt and a can and bottle opener electric both work fantastic, service is great the guys have delivered to me now a couple of times, polite and will help in anyway needed. I was lucky to be able to Bp swap my walker as the one I ordered was not in stock, but I got a better one as a replacement.will be back for sure, also they give great customer service.

High back chair was slightly damaged on unpacking. Phoned Hervey Bay office and product was promptly replaced. The guy who delivered the chair was very polite and put the chair together for me.

Purchased multiple items in an online order, for starters what I bought and what was in my cart didn't match the order I had quoted, which was my issue for not checking properly and thankfully the support team resolved this issue for me. 2 weeks later with an initially quoted ETA of 5-7 working days and had received no tracking details or updates. Took multiple messages to get answers, kept saying order had been dispatched but no tracking, and support initially tried to tell me it had only been a week since the order was made (which was incorrect), and pinned it on the courier and said they "couldn't contact my phone to arrange delivery", so worked it out via email and low and behold, delivery guy had no issues contacting me via mobile on the day and it was delivered without issue. Since then, one of the items (a wheelchair) was unsuitable for my needs and I suspect it to be faulty, so I tried to open a return but the website wouldn't let me past the "reason for dispute" screen on neither my phone or PC. Had to email support to try and arrange for a refund and return. Was told 4 days ago that it would be "initiated", was sent a receipt showing I had no money owing on the order which made no sense to me and have heard nothing since. Meanwhile chewing through my funding having to hire a chair until this one is refunded and resolved, so that I can use the funds to purchase another. Other products were perfectly fine, and I understand being a relatively large business things get busy and people can't respond right away, but for a 4/5 star accredited NDIS business the service has been appauling. I have had to do so much chasing up to get things sorted, I can't imagine how difficult it is for customers who don't have the same capacity to be able to do so. Really hoping this is resolved soon!

I emailed customer service for information before ordering a shower stool online. They were very helpful and responded quickly. Once ordered I received the product in a timely manner. Awesome product in perfect condition.

By using Mobility HQ we saved at least $150 in comparison to one of their competitors. Products are of a high standard especially the Aspire Vogue walker. Being made of carbon fibre makes it light and the fact that it folds to the middle makes it easy to store and gives you more room in the boot compared to other walkers.

I bought a reacher hand device for my elderly mum. Great price, great quality. Quick and safe home delivery. Communication from this company was above and beyond.
