I have decided to add another review about this Mobility Scooter Plus.

I bought a new Pride Ranger from them.
From the start it was clear that they were interested in giving the very best of customer care and not just push something more expensive on you.

Well they delivered my scooter and as they took it off the van I thought, this is massive 😳 but it looks good and was soon told about the features and off I went for a quick spin.
Charged and off to a place I love but not having my big scooter as old one was not reliable.

They have not just delivered my scooter but now I can get about my mind is clearer and I don't feel so isolated.
When to Motisfont and she never even stumbled 😁😁. My Luna (border collie) is so happy as I can let her off lead to run and I can keep up with her🤔🤔 well just about.

Contacted Mobility Plus as I required 2 Scooters for me and my wife.We both suffer with MS and we required some decent scooters as we'd been previously given some bad advice. They could not have been more helpful. Really pleased with both scooters and would definitely use them again. Thank you for your help.

I took delivery of my scooter this morning. It was delivered, unloaded and instruction given by a charming man.
My first impression of the scooter was that it was very well constructed and the demonstration was easy to follow. I'm very impressed and am raring to get out and about with my newfound mobility aid.

Ordered a scooter which I Could us in conjunction with the car which was portable and lightweight yet would carry weight in excess of twenty stone. Motorbility plus appeared to be the only supplier to suit my needs. The delivered the scooter, shoed me how it was built and how to use it. Very helpful people to deal with.

Excellent service. After an email enquiry they responded the same day and I ordered my Pride Ranger. Chris and Paul were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and it arrived within a week. Rob was very helpful on delivery and guided me through using my new mobility scooter. I would have no hesitation ordering from this company again.

Holiday approaching and my friend and I got badly let down on scooter hire, I have COPD & my friend has balance & mobility issues, next day we decided to buy 2 but would anyone be able to arrange a 3 day turnaround it was asking a lot especially as I need a heavy load type. Searching I found Mobility Scooter Plus had the perfect scooter it was nearing 5pm on Wednesday when I contacted Paul, he listened to our dilemma & within an hour he arranged for 2 scooter's to be here within 2 days, a very tall order. He kept me in the loop, was true to his word & at 10am on the arranged day the 2 boxed scooters arrived. Paul not only saved our holiday but there was no drama, everything was done so professionally. The company & staff are a credit & will go that extra mile, nothing is to much trouble & our needs were met perfectly.

I'm so happy with my new scooter and the experience couldn't have been any better. Their website is easy to use and all prices and product details are clear, unlike some of the other companies. HONEST FAIR RELIABLE⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great friendly service and special mention to Rob the General Manager who personally delivered a brand new Devilbiss Drive Autofold Elite Mobility Scooter I ordered needed urgently due to a breakdown on my old scooter. He showed us how to operate the scooter and how to correctly charge it. I then had cause to place another order for Drive Devilbiss Autofold Powerchair which I needed for my wedding in a few weeks and Rob delivered this personally again. This is a company that go that extra mile in service, reliability and responding to communication in a positive and courteous manner.
I wouldn’t use any other company. Thanks to all the team. 😀

Brilliant service,staff is very polite and helpful making sure you have the one suitable for you,explains everything right down to the last detail.
Delivery is great,driver makes sure to explain how to use the equipment and how to fold it up. Best company I have ever been with and would highly recommend them

Its the 2nd time we have purchased a mobility scooter from Mobility Scooters Plus. We have been very happy with how they treat us. The scooters have been perfect. There is only one issue we have and thats the telephone. It feels like an answering service and I, personally, dont like it. I do understand the reasoning but its the one thing i would change. Having said that ALL calls are answered and every time one needs returning, it certainly is. So maybe I am being picky. As for the service and products? 10/10, A*, top of the class. Wont go elsewhere.

Bought my first Kymco scooter from Mobility Scooters plus in 2018, this Scooter gave me my independence & freedom & went where my wheelchair couldn’t.The service & advice that I was given was excellent. I recently purchased a Kymco Scooter in April 2023 once again the service was excellent from all the team. Would highly recommend this company.
