Another great experience from Mococo. I’ve purchased many beautiful items of jewellery from Mococo and have consistently received excellent customer service, whenever I visit their shops or use the online service. The shops are contemporary and I feel very comfortable browsing. I love the way they take care to gift wrap items to make a purchase feel really special.

Outstanding customer service. Item arrived amazingly quickly and a returned item was refunded immediately. I would certainly recommend.

i ordered a pair of earrings which royal mail claimed were delivered but they were not received. Mococo were very responsive to my emails and dealt with the issue straight away. Within a week i had received another pair through the post without any hassle at all.

their customer service was excellent, especially during this difficult time. not often companies respond that quickly and getting the replacement item was no issue at all.

Warrington branch served by Kate 18th January. Was told the charm was in the 30% off section paid for charm returned to shop later with a concern about the price not being reduced, Kate then said to her colleague it was in the sale she was then told to google it, to be told it wasn’t in the sale. Very unhappy as bought a few charms from their branch, will no longer shop from there. Customer service is lacking. Shane

Fabulous service from the staff at Mococo. I didn’t know what to buy for my friends birthday, but the staff at Chester Store couldn’t have been more helpful, giving me great ideas and showing me beautiful jewellery I’ve not seen elsewhere and all at a very reasonable price. I decided on a gorgeous tree of life necklace which can be exchanged if not liked. I’ve also bought online from Mococo and can’t fault the fast delivery.

Extremely rude sales staff in Chester. Made to feel like they were doing me a favour deigning to serve me. Will not be buying from them again

First time users and very happy.
Ordered a Swarovski bangle which arrived quickly and beautifully rapped. However, I made an error and ordered a small which was a little tight for the wife. Called customer services and spoke with Alex who sent a free returns label and got a replacement sent within a few days. Perfect.

I spent £99 and got a bangle as a gift in the Black Friday Sale from Pandora In London, when I got it home I noticed it had a dent in it, it was not the girls fault as she took the bangle out of the wrapper and straight into my box, I visited the Pandora in Liverpool One and the staff were not helpful they told me as that bangle was out of stock and was limited edition there was nothing they could do about it, i asked her would she swap it for another at the same price she said no, she gave me customer services phone number and the woman i spoke to was very unhelpful she basically said the bangle was free so why am I complaining, she then gave me another number to ring and there was no answer so i left a voicemail. I still haven’t heard from Pandora, it was only then my auntie who shops at Mococo spoke to a gentleman called Mark, he totally understood and was very helpful, I am so pleased with the outcome and the customer service i received, I will be buying all my Pandora items from here in future, I would like to thank Mark for all his help he is a gem in your store, thank u xx

The staff are really welcoming and always have what I need.
I have a lot of pandora and chlobo items and they always look after me when I go in there.

Dreadful service. Paid for quick delivery and it was late. Morocco blamed Royal Mail and refused to take any responsibility. Would not use the online service again.

Ordered a couple of times now and to be honest I dont think ill bother again. Delivery and efficiency when ordering is awful. I received an email to tell me it had been shipped a day before royal mail even recieved the pre advice. never mind that the email told me it was coming via interlink next day delivery and I waited in all day. Now a week on from ordering and im still waiting , was told yesterday it would be here today but it hasnt even made it to my local office yet. Total joke for a large order!

I used this company for the first time a couple of weeks ago and ordered being a bit on the sceptical side as it all seemed too much of a bargain,
But.... it was a brilliant experience and the charm was gorgeous. Emails were sent regularly informing me of dispatch and expected delivery. The parcel arrived well within time and the item, which actually was a present for a friend, was so prettily packed, with a little chocolate included, that I felt as though I had received the gift!!
The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely be using Mococo again!!

Absolute joy to shop there I never fail to come out without buying something. The assistants in there now are so friendly and knowledgeable about the ranges they are selling and always make you feel valued. Brilliant
