iteam I bought took a long time gor delivery and quality was rubbish.
I was expecting much more for my money

Received 3 dresses today. Took ages to arrive which set my alarm bells ringing. Absolutely appalling quality. Supposed to be linen - they weren’t inexpensive either. Nothing like the photos on their website and no chance of getting a refund despite uk contact address on website. A total scam !

Received my bag today and it’s faux leather not as described :

Wish I had read the reviews before buying - What an utter waste of money 😡

DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I should have read the reviews first. Delivery was very delayed which isn’t the worst of it. The item is nothing like the picture, quality is shockingly bad. The returns portal does not exist, I’ve been trying for days and it says it’s exceedingly its quota?!! The other return links redirect you to the main page. The return is to China, gosh only knows how much that’ll cost me sending it there!! Waste of time and money. A complete scam.

I ordered what they call breathable canvas trainers. Tricked by their name and thought it was staff from London only to learn that delivery was 12 days after paying. The item came and it's from China. Low quality and seems different from the advert. Can't even see how to return. They say you pay for the postage back to China. They are making a killing with this deceptive name . I can't believe l fell for this . Don't waste your time and money.

Company should not be trading I ordered orthopaedic trainers they took ages to arrive and when they did I was so disappointed they smelt of a nasty cheap plastic and were so flimsy and cheap looking nothing compared to the picture advertised also I think they are in cahoots with another company who I ordered a cardigan from on the same day that was absolute rubbish and not worth £5 . With the cardigan they refunded half but I think it was because I paid by PayPal and I had put in a complaint which they were desperate for me to close . I now understand why. Don't waste your money on this Company

Terrible product CHEAP TAT

Don’t use!! Dresses are of terrible quality very poorly made. Have tried emailing to return them on lots of occasions as instructed on web-site but no response and links do not work on web-site. Avoid at all costs!!!!

It's been a month since my order. Still not arrived. Advise you not to touch this company . I agree with others that have left reviews. A real con, I thought I was buying from London.

Don’t use them. Another Chinese company pretending to be London based that will discount you into submission to avoid the cost of returns. Avoid at all costs. I have been burned by companies like these 3 times this year. Never again.

Absolute rip off - bought some trainers nothing like the picture - cheaply made and wrong sizing.

Don't even want to give them 1 star, bought some boots which looked nothing like advertised. They were cheap and awful, took 3 weeks to be delivered, as made out they was in London. I spent £25.30 sending them back and still don't have my £49.99 refund. Absolute rip off company

Complete sham on returns the postage is unbelievable have to return to China no UK address.

for a start their advertising is deceiving because I thought I was buying from a British company and UK supply. turns out it comes from china. when the shoes came they were worse made than my £10 Primark trainers. 1 pair is just stretchy material stuck to the sole- supposed to be orthopaedic support and the other pair actually smelt of glue and just looks like various shapes of fabric stuck together. for about £27 each. absolutely not worth wasting my money on. returns at my expense. do not use this company.

I ordered shoes in the correct colour (grey) and received a pair with a yellow band across the front

These clothes are so small, I am. Size 14
And need a 5XL

Save your money a complete rip off your end up with something costly to send back if you get it these sorts of companies need stopping
