Ordered on 29th November 2024, a Christmas present for my daughter, Mid December and still no update on tracking so I emailed them via their link, NO RESPONSE. decided to try and cancel and order somewhere else as was getting worried they wouldnt arrive, again, no NO REPLY. Anyhow on the 28th of December they finally arrived and I had a very excited Daughter looking forward to opening her gift. That EXCITEMENT soon turned to UTTER DISSAPOINTMENT when she opened them and found out the true quality of the boots. Completely DISGUSTED! probably the worst quality I have ever seen, The soles are SOLID PLASTIC and has no give in them at all. The So called leather is about 4microns thicker than cling film. the cuts of the so called leather look like they have been done by a 3 year old with a pair of ZigZag scissors. as for the stitching, it must off been done by a Blind Zombie with its Right arm missing, So my honest review of the company and the goods (haha, thats a laughable use of the word) that they supply is UTTER GARBAGE! I just wish I had seen this page before I made my purchase, you live and learn I guess.

You will not get a refund i have sent 2 x jumpers back to china at my own cost. Still no refund in china since 4th dec 2024

Delivery too late as item was ordered as a gift. Despite name everything is shipped from China - misrepresentation?
Tried to cancel the order when it was clear it wouldn’t be delivered in time, fobbed off. Will never use again.

SHAMBOLIC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Delivery took more than two weeks and I didn't receive the item in time for my holiday. Quality was poor and the returns have to go to China at your expense. The online process doesn't even work as one of the forms can't be accessed.

I am really disappointed! The jumper I ordered from Moda-London does not look anything like the one on their website. It’s a different colour (green and beige rather than blue), the neck line is different to true one shown in the photo on their website and it’s very poor quality. I feel I’ve been very misled and as others have said it costs as much to return to them in China as it was to buy the item. Wish I’d read this website before buying! Their reviews are very misleading too. There are only 3 you can read which are all positive. The link to the other 1067 reviews doesn’t work.

Beware this company operates out of China despite the Moda London tag. Item took 3 weeks to arrive and didn’t look anything like the pictures. Jumper cost £35 but will cost £35 to return back to China as buyer has to pay return. I feel totally scammed. Do not touch Miss London with a barge poll!

Absoulte rubbish. The boots I picked on line, are nothing like what was delivered. Cheap looking child sizing. Straight down to the charity shop, as I know it will be a nightmare sending back for refund. Feel totally ripped off. Never again. £34.00. You would think for that money. Something decent.

Really poor cheap quality ! Straight in the bin . Took 3 weeks to arrive and it probably cost more to post than actually make . The sales picture is not the product that arrives . Definitely from China despite the company name .

Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, No indication that Moda London items come from China. Very Inferior quality, sizing is completely wrong, no easy return system, in fact no point in trying to contact them they don't respond.

Ordered some boots for an Xmas gift.
arrived after Xmas after stating 13th Dec delivery!
When they arrived they are made of cheap material and say size 40, but fit more like a uk 5
Regret shopping on here, I should have read the other reviews first!

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star ordered 3 weeks ago and just keep being fobbed off with some stupid excuse about delivery in the next few days
Total Scam

I ordered a multicoloured shirt as a Christmas Present for a friend.
It took ages to come, and when it arrived it looked nothing like the photo in the add.
The fabric is very poor quality, and even when discounted it's very expensive for what it is.
I'm really disappointed.

Hit this thieving, scamming company where it hurts and request a chargeback from your card provider. There are a few small hoops to jump through but it’s worth it for the satisfaction of winning them at their thieving game.
I made the embarrassing mistake of
buying from their scam website - a pair of so called leather, wool lined, waterproof boots, which were nothing of the sort. As other reviewers have said, a cheap and nasty copy. I also received their stock reply when I complained (they must keep numerous people very busy replying to all the email complaints!).
I didn’t waste any time emailing them over and over as I realised that would be a fruitless exercise, so I requested a chargeback from my debit card provider. My bank asked for screenshots of my two emails and their response and a photo of the boots, along with details of how they were not as described. I also took a few screenshots from their website showing the boots they advertise (which they’ve obviously stolen from the genuine retailer’s website). I also pointed out the numerous bad reviews I’d found on here.
The money was back in my account within a few days 😀👍
I’d like to see this scamming company stopped from trading completely. Surely it can’t be that difficult for those organisations tasked with the job of shutting down scam companies to do that. If you’re a regular user of social media please spread the word about these scammers (moda-london.com with an hyphen).
In the meantime, I hope this review helps anyone else who has fallen victim to these scammers and stops others buying from them.

Don’t go near this company! Based in china.. They will scam you.. shoes arrived with No laces and were paper thin.. more like dolls shoes.. The bar code to send back doesn’t work.. and they kept trying to offer me some money off for the hassle..but nothing else. eventually my bank got involved and told me that they were trying to set up regular payments. Luckily they were blocked from doing so and I got a full refund… check other reviews. Classic scammers!

Absolutely disgusting website & service, so misleading, it’s not the uk based company, quality of goods is awful, customer service is dreadful…. You will only lose money using this company. I am out of pocket with the purchase and then a extra £25 to send them back … STAY AWAY ….

NOT WORTHY OF 1 STAR Ordered boots which EVENTUALLY arrived nothing like described or pictured on website, can return within 14 days for refund, however, returns are to China and prob wont arrive within 14 days STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY false advertising not worth the hassle, which I think they actually rely on

Order two coats which after 3 weeks only one arrived very poor quality. 6 weeks later still not recieved the second coat be back and forth with customer service just keep saying the same thing so I am not no coats and out of pocket would stay away from this website

Not even worth one star, I paid for a dress jumper, which is now no longer on the site. I have not received it. I had a really suspicious message from supposedly avri saying there was a problem with my delivery address. The address was correct!! I questioned this and people withdrew from the message. I would never recommend this site.

I purchased a pair of boots, but then read the reviews and immediately regretted it. Tried to cancel the order, but the company said it was too late. When the package arrived,I dreaded opening it, but when I did I was pleasantly surprised they were exactly how they looked on the site and fit lovely,are warm too. Could not recommend enough
