Don’t buy you won’t get your items

I placed an order and paid for it it’s been a month and I did not receive my order or any updates about my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times, by email and instagram and have not heard anything back. Ripped me off. Shame on brands and companies who do things like this especially in such a hard time in the world financially

Don't get me wrong I loved the abaya however the LATE DELIVERY & IGNORED EMAILS I didn't like.

So, I ordered my abaya on the 13th of March and I finally got it on the 31st a day after Eid but the entire experience was frustrating.

Communication is terrible I emailed them, about my package they basically told me it's not their problem since they're a marketplace (like Amazon, Temu, and AliExpress are also marketplaces but still provide people with information on their order). I wanted to ask more questions and emailed them two more times (a day apart), but they completely IGNORED me, no response was given.

Another thing worth saying is that you aren't able to track your order. They don't provide you with the carrier that is going to be used, or the tracking number for you to even track it. They just send you a link to an app called Shop, which just says, ready to ship. That's it. That's all there is to it.

I had ordered this abaya for Eidul Fitr and the delay left me without anything to wear for the occasion. But alhamdulilah I was a able to buy an Abaya last minute in person.

I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. If you want reliable shipping and customer service, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. But to be on the safe side I guess order more than a month in advance.

Love the Modal Hijaab

I chose a few different colours of the modal hijaab and they arrived in a timely manner. The hijaabs are very soft and comfortable for everyday. Their customer service is great too!

I placed an order in August 2024 and they refuse to answer my emails, or refund my money. Do not shop with them or your money will be stolen. They also delete comments on the instagram that identify them as stealing people’s money.

Purchased 2 abayas for my girls. Ruffled Chiffon and palestian detail on sleeve. I was amazed at the quality of the product. Excellent quality . Size was perfect and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be purchasing more items.
