We bought a 6ft chair from this company. Everything from the initial order through to follow up and delivery was excellent. The chair is amazing and really good value.

I wanted a Julien Bowen Bed and Mattress. I found a deal on the bed with Amazon and looked around for the 1000 spring mattress. Prices varied a lot and this company had the best price. I had a minor hiccup during the order process and they thought the mattress I ordered was out of stock, but a couple of emails later, Usman stepped in, rectified the problem, and two days later, my order arrived.

I would recommend this company. Good prices and service. Trustworthy firm to deal with.

Great customer service - helpful & informative.

Placed my first order from modern interiors, which was due to be delivered by UPS. Received an email with an estimated delivery date, however received a further email to say the ordered had been rescheduled. Over the next 2 weeks I would get emails giving me different delivery dates, then rescheduling the following day.
I spoke with Usman on a number of occasions, he’d respond to my emails and chased up my order. After the third failed attempt with UPS not collecting my order for delivery, Usman arranged for another carrier DPD to deliver my order via express delivery which was received the following day and honoured a goodwill gesture

Great service and price, we have been collaborating for a while now and everything was as it should be, very professional staff.

Advert stated that delivery for my Lay z spa would be between 7 to 10 days.
Misleading as the company that was used to deliver my product took 5 days more.
The company did respond to my emails but where not really helpful.
They did apologise for the delay, after 3 more emails from me.
The delay was due to more orders for garden furniture due to the hot weather.

I ordered a nest of tables which looked perfect for what I was looking for from the pictures and description. It did say to call to check the product was in stock but I chose not to as I decided it didn’t matter. I received an email confirming my order and letting me know it was currently out of stock. The email let me know when it would be back in stock and I then got a follow up email letting me know if was on its way, and it was delivered without incident. So far so good. However upon opening the box I discovered that the oak top was covered in something which looked like grease, and the legs of the table which were advertised as white were actually cream/ivory in colour. I have tried contacting the company multiple times to flag my concerns and to arrange a return and refund but I have had no response at all. I have been asked to write a review but have held off as I don’t like to write a negative review. However despite giving the company several chances to respond I have heard nothing so I feel I should write an honest review and recommend that others avoid this company! If you get what your expecting it may be ok, but if you have any issues with your order as I have their after sales customer service is non-existent! Avoid!

After posting this review the company got in touch. They denied receiving any emails from me despite them clearly going to the correct email address and no one else I’ve emailed has had issues with receipt. They pointed out, as in the response to my initial review, that they replied to my live chat enquiry. However as this was 2 hours after the initial enquiry I had not seen this. I was advised that an email is meant to be sent to alert to the reply, however this was never received. The company also advised that the phone number is no longer in use which is why it was never answered. I made several suggestions for improvement based on my experience and the person I was emailing with agreed to take these on board. He was full of apologies and very quickly arranged a return, offering different options for this to best suit. It was collected very quickly and I received an email the next day to advise it had been received and a full refund processed. It took 3 days to show in my account (banking issue not this company) and I felt it was only fair to update my review to reflect this. My initial experience with the company was positive, and when we finally managed to correspond about a return this was arranged very quickly and communication was very good. If not for the blip in communication I would be giving a higher rating.

Speedy delivery and product was exactly as described.
