What an amazing experience from start to finish . Wonderful friendly and helpful staff in store , giving us that personal touch .
The delivery men were extremely friendly and went over and above for us , nothing too much trouble ( sorry didn’t get your names ) even gave us a hand shake at the end of delivery .

A big shout out for this company and their whole team. Congratulations to their Director, your team is a real credit to you. I had the best experience of buying furniture online from Pavilion Broadway. From talking to a caring, patient and well prepared Sofia last Saturday who, having talked to her director, emailed me few hours later to confirm delivery the following week. To a very kind head of the logistic team who called me on Wednesday and gave me a precise slot for the following day. To the lovely and very polite delivery boys who took incredible care in handling my beautiful console and lamps showing me how to mount them. It was white gloves service with a smile! And the products I bought, console from display, are simply beautiful. Thank you everybody!

Pavilion handled my issue incredibly well from start to finish. A part of the mirror was missing and it isn’t something that’s easily available in the market, so it had to be shipped from the Netherlands. Unfortunately, the first delivery looked like it had been tampered with in transit.

As soon as I contacted Pavilion, Abbey Crowe and the team responded immediately, kept me updated, and arranged for the part to be sent again without any hassle. The level of care and communication genuinely gave me peace of mind—I didn’t have to chase or stress at all. The replacement was shipped a second time and arrived safely and in perfect condition.

Really grateful for the quick action, professionalism, and support. Highly recommend Pavilion.

I now use Pavilion Broadway as my main source for furniture and decorative home products.

What a helpful company and their service is excellent (Tewkesbury Branch). Recently purchased a Bramblecrest garden furniture set and it was delivered quickly. Upon closer inspection, there was a slight dent in one of the aluminium struts and they gave me a generous discount (my request as opposed to going through the hassle of waiting for a replacement sofa, then returning the other). There was also a pack of bolts/washers missing and they immediately dispatched a replacement pack.

I am very impressed with this company. The young lady who assisted me with type of armchair and colour was so patient and helpful.
The delivery by Robert, James and David was absolutely excellent. They moved my old furniture and made sure that my new armchairs were unpacked and all packaging removed. They only left when they were sure that the armchairs were exactly where I wanted them and that I was happy.
A great service all round and I am happy to give them the five stars.

Fabulous service from order to delivery

Just received another beautiful delivery from Pavilion Broadway. A coffee table and console table which completes my living room along side my other Pavilion purchases.

I have had a fair few deliveries over the last few months and the delivery guys are always amazing. Big thanks for Robert and James today, great service.

I have purchased a number of items from the Broadway Pavilion without issue however.....a dining table I got from them 3 years ago had split and cracked in a number of places. I reached out to them and they did contact nothe manufacturer (Carlton Furniture) who basically didn't want to know.Unfortunately after that neither did Broadway Pavilion. I did request that they arrange for a furniture repair or to replace the table but that seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Nothing,no advice or recommendations and certainly no offer to repair or replace.
So for me it's the last time I will shop with them - great until something goes wrong, then no back up or support .Is it unreasonable to expect a solid wood table to last more than 3 years? I don't think so but Broadway Pavilion and Carlton furniture have other ideas.

Ordered 2 sofas, which are stunning. One had a small mark on it & the same day the owner came to my home to remove it.

Brilliant showroom with an amazing selection of beautiful, contemporary pieces. The delivery was on time and their tracking system is excellent - you know exactly when it will arrive.

Ordered a 4 Seasons Outdoor Belair Garden dining table which was promptly delivered by 2 of Pavilion Broadways own staff. The guys carried the heavy items to my back garden for me to assemble and were very helpful. I contacted Pavilion Broadway for some information relating to my purchase and was greeted by a very friendly South African lady (Taryn) who promptly answered all my questions, now I'm sitting back in the sunshine admiring my great looking garden table & chairs and well done to Pavilion Broadway.
