It was great finding out how much it would cost, before I embarrass myself when they called to tell them there's no way I could afford these. I'm on disability and I can't afford to budget anything else with my check. I worked hard all my life just to find out I can't afford to be on disability, but not really able to work anymore either. They send you leads of people that are interested in knowing how much a bathroom renovation costs these day not actually a customer that’s interested in doing it right away. So if you gather garbage of the internet don’t call it leads ! And don’t charge people for that it’s wrong.

Awful awful awful company
Awful awful awful company, promised us so many things, kept charging credit card, never got any refunds , and now i cant even reach someone to cancel. stay as far away as possible. The leads that come in are completely either fake or have nothing to do with the product you service, stick to networx as this is an absolute joke of a company, i’ve never been so disappointed in my life

Crazy to pay 20k for a simple shower…
Crazy to pay 20k for a simple shower stall installed. I bought the parts for three thousand. I'm getting them installed for three thousand and done in three days. Six thousand dollars and done. They kept lowering the price like negotiating a car purchase. They got down to 11K but wanted me to install the shower doors. It was difficult to get the salesman out of my house.

I know it’s a rough estimate when they put prices without having seen the exact project. I can only hope they are in that range & it’s not a bait & switch. My sister picked one from online & was honest said she wanted to get a few estimates. Newpro came out presented the proposal. The starting price was $23,000 then went to $16,000. At the end she felt like it was almost like a pressure sale the person was nice at first and then was getting impatient & couldn’t understand why she wouldn’t sign the contract right away. She told them she wanted to get at least one more quote. He took the paperwork he wrote the quote on and left.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!
CONTRACTORS BEWARE!! The communication is great to get you to sign up, then they don't answer calls or respond to emails until you threaten to cancel the card that is on file (then they charge it for the leads that have come through that you had issues with.) The leads they send do not meet the criteria agreed upon at on-boarding. They also do not refund the leads that do not meet the criteria. I understand lead generation services can provide leads that can be a waste of time, but these aren't even keeping the set appointment or even want an appointment. We also have recordings of the calls for the leads that didn't meet the criteria, with no luck in getting a refund (they wouldn't respond back.) Think twice before considering this company. The lead charge also goes by the average of your ticket price and can range anywhere from $150 to over $200 per lead. Definitely not worth it!

I do like the ability to get multiple quotes, but our roof is a combination of asphalt roof and 2 flat roofs. I was not able to find that combination, or materials for the flat roofs. I would have liked the ability to see the cost of just doing the flat roofs.
I think this service you offer is going to be great when you offer all the different roof combinations!!

Constant calls gives religious orgs a good name
Constant calls, hang up when I answer. Then I have to deal with a chat bot when I call back. Terrible company that doesn't deserve to continue operating.
