Design and customer service was excellent
On-line design tool was helpful to get initial design, but the actual person who helped finalize the design turned it from a good closet design to an excellent closed design. Modular Closets was very flexible when setting a ship and delivery date and their communication was very good. I was missing a few hardware pieces and some instructions, but they quickly corrected that. Customer service = excellent

Best quality and Customer Service!
I would like to start off by saying this was a fabulous experience! From the design aspect, shipping and installation. The design and Customer Service departments are the best I’ve dealt with.
We installed the alto system, it was a high-quality product that was simple and easy to assemble, the directions that are sent with it along with the design plans, made it very pleasurable to assemble.
I would like to give a special shout out to
Our designer, Tom Chaya who made the process simple and most importantly
Clara Jacobs. Clara answered questions and was able to help me through some issues that arose along the way.
Modular closets is number one in my book and I am glad that I chose your company overall others to do my project.
Thank you for all that you have done
Richard and Kim.

Some of the directions were very difficult to understand. My husband did try to reach out with a phone call, but no one responded. He was very frustrated with the lack of clear directions when putting the shelving units together. However my husband has installed the entire system and I’m very happy with the results.

Save time and money and don’t order this. IKEA is better.
This system cost twice as much as IKEA Pax and the Pax system is MUCH higher quality. The material is cheap - yes, I know it’s composite but they are not all created equally and this one is particularly poor quality. The hardware is equally subpar. Save yourself money time and headache and don’t order this.

Generally good product. Not the best value…
The closet systems arrived and were complete. Assembly was very easy, as well as installation. My only complaint would be the price. Not a great value, given the general construction of the materials. Basically IKEA build.
