deep experience but need to work on time management
The website is very good with lots on information and resources but still limited to CIPD resources although in the assessment markers ask to reference resources other than CIPD!
I found that the assessment criteria between different instructor in inconsistent. Each one focus on a certain area.
The biggest disadvantage is the time allocation for each module. I found it impossible to complete the assessment within the given window. Lately, I have discovered that I can ask for extension which cost me 3 modules with a refer grade due to in sufficient time.

MOL are great, I completed my Level 7 Diploma with them and now just about to start my MSC top up in Strategic Management, Ellen Howard has been great in getting this off the ground for me , nothing has been too much trouble, fasst responses , very informative, professional and efficient throughout the process , a credit to MOL !

Excellent Support and In-Depth Learning – CIPD Level 5 People Professional
I’ve had a really positive experience completing the Level 5 People Professional apprenticeship, where I also gained my CIPD Level 5 qualification. The course content was incredibly in-depth and well structured, which made it easy to build real understanding rather than just skim the surface. Every module felt relevant and practical, and I came away with knowledge I can genuinely apply within the HR profession.
The support throughout the programme was excellent, especially from my coach Andrew. He was always approachable, encouraging, and really took the time to make sure I understood the material. His guidance made a huge difference to my confidence and progress during the apprenticeship.
I’m really grateful for the experience and everything I’ve learned along the way. I’m excited to take these skills into my next career step soon and feel much more prepared because of this programme. I’d definitely recommend this apprenticeship to anyone considering the Level 5 People Professional route.

I recently enrolled with MOL Institute for CIPD Level 5 after researching and comparing different providers online. After exploring several websites, I decided to choose MOL because of their strong reputation.
The enrolment process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Ellen Howard, my Qualification Advisor, who was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She responded promptly to all my queries, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before finalizing my enrolment.
Her patience, professionalism, and friendly approach made the experience stress-free and reassuring. I’m really looking forward to beginning my studies and continuing my journey with MOL.
Slow response to log in issues
Slow response to log in issues. I found it difficult to log into my account when I signed up for a second year. Despite my details being the same it kept rejecting me. It took a couple of days and a lot of wasted time on the helpline, repeating the log in steps I had already tried myself. Eventually someone at MOL discovered that everything was in order but someone at their end hadn't switched the account back on. This took about a minute in the end and made me think that perhaps some training is needed for the people dealing with such issues going forward, to save others similar issues.
