The enrollment process was smooth and well-structured. advisor was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout, making the experience efficient and straightforward.

I have done 2 courses with them. I was happy with how course was build. A lot of reading, tasks to do, key terms documents. The only thing I did not enjoy was moments when course would play slow animations and you had to wait for it to finish. I also was getting help from tutors when needed.

Registering with ICS Learn is very easy and the courses have been fantastic.

Avoid at all costs. Their response time frames are dire in both emails and over the phone. This morning I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before they cut the line, and I haven't had response to my email queries in over a week even after chasing (a case that's been ongoing for weeks).
Their live workshop timetables are in shambles with courses being constantly cancelled last minute. When I tried to ask to move to a pre recorded version of the course they tried to charge me more money, even though I was still yet to attend a single live session after 4 months of my course because of cancellations. Looking at the other reviews it looks like this is just their standard of service, which is just terrible - it feels like I've been scammed.

Everything was very straightforward, Paul was a great help and explained everything clearly. I had an issue with my login and Paul was able to assist me and rectify the issue quickly.

My experience has been great, particularly the onboarding process. The support I received from Paul O'Rourke was outstanding. His guidance and advice have been extremely valuable and motivating throughout my journey pursuing CIPD Level 5.

I had some frustrations with ICS around their levels of communication and timelines for marking work completed by one of my team who is currently studying CIPD Level 5, however I am pleased to confirm that after posting my concerns, Melanie and Nicola worked quickly to resolve the issues and made contact with the learner. They apologised for all of the issues and took full accountability for the delays. She is now in receipt of her feedback and is one step closer to completing her course so thank you for working so quickly to make things right, you have gone some way to restore my faith in ICS as a learning provider.
