I enquired about a course at the college and was rang to help answer my question and after this I excellent communication with Sheree on email to help me answer anything further I needed and after she had left I wanted to go ahead and sign up for the course so a colleague Andrew rang me and went through it over the phone they were both so very welcoming and helpful I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Massive shout out to Andrew who was unbelievably helpful and made me so excited to complete this course!

I had a few queries before signing up and Darren explained everything to me, he made me feel at ease with the whole process and the communication and support was fantastic! He worked around my schedule and at no point did I feel pressured to sign up. I felt so comfortable and could ask so many questions before committing to the course. Once I had booked on, I received a lovely message and call, congratulating me on joining and a clear description on what to expect next. The whole process has been painless and set me up with confidence for the next steps. I wanted to do this course for over a year and not felt confident enough to go for it but now that I am enrolled, I haven't second guessed it! It was so easy to do and nowhere near as scary as I thought it be. Appreciate all the support and understanding from Darren especially with my million and one questions! You legend!

I had such a positive experience enrolling on my course, particularly because of the amazing customer service. Easy process from start to finish. The advisers were friendly and helpful and courses were sorted promptly. Robbie was particularly helpful and couldn’t have been nicer.

Requested a call back asking for information and got a call back within 24 hours. Darren was incredible with giving advice and guiding me through the steps of joining the college making it as easy as possible.

Asked them to cancel my accound in the time period they give , guy said he had on the system find out im not cancled and the guy lied to my face im now paying £800 for a scam.

Screw you open college i hope you burn in hell.

I had an amazing experience with this company been accepted to do a teaching course with them which works well within my budget and my lifestyle juggling around children! I had dealt with Darren who was amazing! He was so patient with me phoned me whenever I asked for a phone call, great great communication and customer service. I’m looking forward to completing my course with The Open Study College.

I had a good experience studying with Open Study College. The course was easy to follow and flexible, which made it perfect for fitting around my schedule. My tutor Julie was great. She was supportive and gave really helpful feedback. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone thinking about studying from home or even on the go.

Initial service was good, Salesman Darren, was keen to get me to sign up constant communication.

Once signed up it took 10 days to meet with my tutor.
I've since had to cancel due to some unforeseen circumstances and have attempted to get in contact times to 3 different people, via contact information provided on the website and has been radio silence since. I am trying to make a complaint but only emails listed are the ones I have tried. Soon will be making a complaint to the financial ombudsman if no contact.

I managed to call the college to advise cancellation, they advised received my email but no holding email worth a customers time.

They advised sent a request to find out how much of the course was access to see if they can refund. I advised when I finally met my tutor, she provided a tour of the platform. The customer service agent advised will probably be unable to refund as access has been made, despite this being a part of choosing my units and not actually viewing any course materials.

I have checked the signed agreement with Snap Finance (finance company they use) I can't see any wording regarding this so will be making a complaint and escalating to the financial ombudsman and any other relevant governing bodies as seeing other reviews, there seems to be a trend

I took two A-Levels Biology and Sociology. The support from the tutors was delayed and lacking and the content was vague, I had source additional support and pay though other avenues which is incredibly disappointing. Links within the learning material did not work and the IT support I received to help was useless at times. In honesty if I knew now what I would be getting when I signed up I would not have bothered.

I had a really positive experience with Open Study College, thanks to Darren. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.

What stood out most was how he went the extra mile,he reached out to me twice beforehand when I missed earlier contact, which I really appreciated. During our call, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured.

I had such a lovely experience with all of the people I spoken to. Darren Kendall was my online adviser and I could not have wished for a better person to guide me through the process.
I am 19 and am struggling to get funded to go back to college. I wanted to go back to college so much that I thought I had no option. after doing some research and speaking to the right people I am know enrolled and am finishing my A-level with open study college.
I learnt today that the world is your oyster and sometimes you have to be selfish and do things for you, and that is exactly what I am doing.
