I was happy with the product but the delivery was late. i got a notification on Wednesday saying the order was dispatched but i didn't get delivery until the following Monday, despite the 48 hour delivery service paid for, the day after mothers day. I was unable to get a response when trying to contact people to get an update

The most incredible gift I’ve ever purchased. I ordered a gold pendant for my grandmother with a photo of her 3 children, one of which we sadly lost recently and I know how much it hurts my grandmother but this one photo is so special to her and to now have that image on a wearable beautiful gold pendant is truly incredible. What an incredible business momentsmade is, enabling the creation of gifts that are truly breathtakingly special. My grandmother will be overjoyed as will others who see the gift at her birthday. Thank you for such a unique gift.

I ordered a jumper for my boyfriend after his dog passed away with a photo of him and his dog on the front and his dog’s paw print on the sleeve. We received the jumper today and just wow 🤩 the quality, the detail, the thought and care they put into this jumper is amazing! Irwan and his incredible team have made a sad moment into to such a special memory and I honestly can’t thank them enough! It was such a lovely surprise for my boyfriend

The customer service was also brilliant! Quick to respond, understood what you are asking for, so thoughtful and caring and made the process so much smoother. I can’t fault them one bit!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered in time for a birthday present. received an email to say it had been posted but no tracking details. Multiple attempts to contact the company. 2 weeks later the email to say they have lost my picture but yet tell me my order has been posted. Asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope. Avoid at all costs!

Great service, I messaged with a photo to ensure it would be a good fit and they got back to me the next day. The quality is excellent and I loved that they added a printed photo of the image used also. Can’t wait to use again! Shipping did take a while but ordered far in advance so not a problem and expected as it’s a small business.

I bought it as a birthday present for my husband, using one of the coolest photos he had with our dog (that passed away 2 years ago). He absolutely loved, I could see from his expression was something he didn’t expect at all and it made him so happy. It brought tears to my eyes, what a lovely memory ❤️

Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered 2 matching hoodies in plenty of time for Valentine's day, after a frustrating delay between receiving an email telling me my order had been dispatched and the parcel actually being handed over to Royal Mail... They arrived and one hoody has a completely random date on and the wrong placement! I've tried multiple times to contact the seller via email and Instagram and have been promised it would be resolved and I'd get a replacement in time for Valentine's day, but now I'm being ghosted.

I sent a photo with my initial email and then told they need 2 photos before they will send a replacement... why? My original email clearly showed the hoody was incorrect. Now I'm still left wondering if the replacement will arrive and we're now 3 days before Valentine's Day so I'm not hopeful at all. It has completely ruined what I thought was going to be a cute gift. I now have limited time to go out and find an alternative gift, meanwhile being £60+ down on what I'd already spent. I question whether this company is actually based in the UK as they promote given the delay in shipping and response times.

I hope they will stick to their word and send the replacement in time, but I'd hesitate before using them again.

I ordered this for my partner as a valentines gift and to say I’m happy is just an understatement. It’s such a soft and beautiful material the quality is outstanding. The Roman numerals are a reminder of the start of our relationship is such a sweet and personal touch that they help bring to life. It’s more than just a hoodie for me it’s a reminder of our love and I cannot thank irwan and their team for making it happen. I will definitely be coming back again to get myself one. Do not hesitate to purchase from them absolutely amazing.

Awful experience, I will be seeking a refund through my bank unless rectified soon. The team completely messed up my order and are now ignoring all attempts to get in touch with them.
I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed as I was excited for my design and the team were initially great with their customer service.

I ordered one hoodie and two coasters as Christmas presents for family members. Was really happy with the products when they arrived. Really good quality, and very quick delivery too. I ordered in mid November to allow enough time, but order was here within 5 days. Will definitely recommend to others and be using myself again in the future too.

I’ve got 3 hoodies now - 2 last year and 1 this year and I’ve never had any issues with the hoodies or the delivery. The condition of the hoodies I ordered last year are pretty much the same as the one I just received, so pretty good quality too.

The ease of designing the hoodie and variety of styles to choose from also. Great website and even better product when it arrived. Fast delivery too. Thank you!

Easy to order and upload photo. Good email communication (not too much!!) and arrived promptly. Beautifully packaged with care, and with my original photo included too so easy to see the original picture and the finished product side by side.
