This was an absolutely wonderful retreat. A perfect time to slow down, embrace a new role, connect with your baby, and enjoy excellent food, company, and views. The massage and all the activities were also wonderful. Loved it and keep buzzing about it to all my friends. Money well spent to treat yourself during a special time in your life.

I didn’t quite know what to expect when I signed up for Mom’z Pregnancy Retreat, but I can honestly say it ended up being one of the most grounding and reassuring experiences of my pregnancy.

From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm that felt almost intentional—like everything, from the setting to the schedule, was designed to help you slow down.

What stood out most to me was how the retreat balanced emotional support with practical guidance. The sessions didn’t just focus on textbook advice - they created space for honest conversations about fears and expectations.

There was also a strong sense of community. Being surrounded by other women going through the same life shift made a bigger impact than I expected. It wasn’t forced bonding - it just happened naturally, in shared meals, quiet moments and group discussions.

Overall, Mom’z Pregnancy Retreat gave me something I didn’t realize I needed: space to process, connect, and feel a bit more prepared - not just logistically, but also emotionally. This retreat was one of the most transformative experiences of my pregnancy — and honestly, of my life.

I arrived as a first-time mum with zero knowledge about birth, only the scary images I'd seen in films. What I discovered, guided by the wonderful Amber, was a whole world of possibilities I never knew existed. I left empowered enough to pursue a natural water birth — and I got exactly that. The most beautiful birth I could have imagined. 🤍

The retreat itself is impeccably run: stunning location, nourishing food, thoughtfully designed activities, and a warm community of women I'll never forget.

Every pregnant woman deserves to feel this supported and informed. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I'll be back for baby number 2 without a doubt!

Ich habe vor einem Jahr am Momz Retreat in der Location Can Vital (Barcelona) teilgenommen und zehre heute noch von dieser Zeit. Ursprünglich hatte ich mir „nur“ eine schöne, luxuriöse Auszeit erhofft, um abzuschalten und mich mit meinem Baby zu verbinden. Was ich bekommen habe, war jedoch so viel wertvoller: Pures Vertrauen in meinen Körper und meine Intuition.
Ambiente & Team:
Die Location Can Vital ist einfach mega – stilvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ein Ort zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen. Das Team rund um Maria und Amber ist an Herzlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Man merkt in jedem Moment, dass sie nicht einfach nur einen „Job“ machen, sondern mit echter Leidenschaft dafür brennen, den werdenden Mamas eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten.
Der Impact: Von Unsicherheit zu innerer Kraft
Ich kam mit vielen Unsicherheiten bezüglich Schwangerschaft und Geburt an. Durch das Retreat habe ich eine Sicherheit gewonnen, die mich bis zur Entbindung getragen hat. Ich wusste, wie ich meinen Körper deuten muss, welche Bewegungen in welcher Phase helfen und hatte statt Angst durch Unwissenheit nur noch Vorfreude und Vertrauen. Heute kann ich sagen: Ich hatte meine absolute Traumgeburt, und einen großen Teil davon schreibe ich der Vorbereitung und der mentalen Stärke zu, die ich bei Momz gefunden habe.

Essen: Absolut fantastisch, jeder Bissen ein Genuss.
Wellness: Die Massage war ein absoluter Traum und perfekt zum Regenerieren.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt:
Das Einzige, was meinen persönlichen Rückzug etwas gestört hat, war die intensive Kommunikation über WhatsApp und das viele Fotografieren während des Retreats. Ich hätte mir hier etwas mehr „Digital Detox“ und Abgeschottenheit gewünscht. Auf der anderen Seite war dadurch alles perfekt organisiert und im Nachgang toll dokumentiert.
Fazit:
Das Konzept ist absolut stimmig. Wer eine Verbindung zu sich und seinem Baby sucht und mit echtem Selbstvertrauen in die Geburt gehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Danke an das gesamte Team für diese kostbare Erfahrung! Kann es jeder werdenden Mutter nur sehr ans Herz legen ❤️❤️❤️

I went to the Mom’z retreat with an open mind and heart, but I wasn’t expecting such a deeply nourishing experience with a community of mamas from so many different backgrounds. We laughed, cried, shared stories, and built bonds that felt as transformative as the retreat itself. Every mother needs this experience... from the incredible food to the the childbirth knowledge classes, it completely shifted the way I moved into my birth. I left feeling so incredibly EMPOWERED and balanced for the journey ahead. I only wish I had done it for my first child!! Life changing experience for any mama moving into motherhood with intention.

My best friend and I went on this retreat together and it changed our whole perspective about the birth! I went from being quite scared to really looking forward to it and feeling empowered and excited. I met the most wonderful group of women, we’re still in touch now and having that community in the run up to birth and especially immediately after was so incredible and special. It was a wonderful few days on the retreat and I felt so relaxed afterwards - and the food OMG special mention. Wish I could have eaten like that throughout my entire pregnancy!! For a real experience during pregnancy I found Mom'z an amazing retreat. The hosts are kind and most welcoming. It is a perfect combination of learning important information, activities and leisure well fit for a pregnant woman in every trimester of pregnancy, myself I was at 34 weeks. The location is selected with careful consideration, it was beautiful and peaceful. At last I want to add that the food was prepared with utmost care, being healthy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this experience to any woman in her pregnancy.

This retreat was the best gift I could give myself during my pregnancy. I had struggled to conceive and after I did I was so worried till the first trimester was over that I hadn’t really actually stopped to take a breath and enjoy the moment. This is exactly what I got to with Momz. It was amazing to just be so well cared for and to feel so connected to this life I was bringing into the world. Not to mention the amazing knowledge sessions with Amber that prepared me for what’s to come given it was my first pregnancy. Shirin & Maria went out of their way to literally make sure your every wish was their command. It was also so amazing to connect with so many other mothers from different parts of the world who were going through the same journey with you. A truly special holiday I will always treasure! One of the best treats you could give yourself. Not just a treat but a must have experience to handle your pregnancy better. The solo mom getaway helped me prep up mentally for delivering my baby by understanding what my body was telling me.
The stay was top notch and the food was very well balanced for the pregnant mummas and oh was so yummy. The education sessions are well planned out with great amount of care into every section of the entire workshop. Totally recommended!

It was a beautiful retreat in a fantastic place in Mallorca, with great food, and pleasant activities.

This is the best thing I did across 3 pregnancies. Shirin has created a truly welcoming experience, completely tailored to, and understanding the distinct needs of pregnant women. It was in a beautiful location in Mallorca - full of endless healthy food, gentle classes, and as much activity or rest as you want. The staff and women attending were wonderful and I’d recommend to anyone.
