Monaxa offers a user-friendly forex trading platform with a range of tools suitable for both beginners and experienced traders. The broker provides competitive spreads, multiple account types, and a responsive support team. However, more transparency on fees and regulation would enhance credibility. Overall, a solid choice for forex traders.

beware of this broker
beware of this broker. most of good review for this broker is paid. their so called BDM approached me to submit good review and they will give 10USD no deposit bonus. i trade with monaxa in 2023 but stopped because bad experience with withdrawal. don't be swayed with their good reviews. paid for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take your feedback very seriously, and we're truly sorry to hear about your negative experience, particularly with withdrawals.
We are growing fast and sometimes it shows in a negative light and sometimes, like in your case, we get it wrong.
Any chance of us trying to get it right? No promises we can give you exactly what you want without knowing the full issue but we would like to try.
Could you please contact our support team with your account details? We would very much like to understand what happened back in 2023 and make things right.
We value transparency and trust above all else. Your feedback helps us improve our services, and we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly and restore your confidence in our company.
We also want to firmly address your concern about paid reviews: We have a strict policy against paying for reviews. The practice you described of a $10 no deposit bonus for a review goes against our ethos. We aren't sure what was promised but we will look into it. To clarify, we do offer loyalty tokens for your time but it's not intended to be a payment for the review. It's intended to thank you for your time to help us be better. As we know your time is precious and we appreciate the opportunity to get your feedback. As we grow, we need to make sure we don't grow so fast and keep getting things wrong. Client feedback like yours helps us greatly.
Again, we got something wrong. We thank you for letting us know on this platform and we will try to get it right this time and do better in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. However, your review isn't clear. Do you view us as a trusted company with good customer service or do you give us a one star at being a trusted company with good customer service?
If it's the later, please contact our support team and we would like to try and fix that.
If it's the first, can we ask you change the one star review to something a bit higher which reflects us being a trusted company with good customer service as stated?
Spread good .
