I went to my bank for a wire transfer…
I went to my bank for a wire transfer to my new Monaxa account. i sent the minimum deposit of 1,000 USD . where you send the confirmation paperwork has not worked. So i sent them the Confirmation number. i sent the paper today with an email regarding my ticket. now a week later i still have NOT been credited to my account. My first deposit to this Broker has not been good at all. Hopefully they get this and get it sorted out. the deposit was successful now. they kept in contact with me during the process.

You placed your trust in us with your first transaction, and we failed to provide the promised frictionless experience you deserve.
We get it. When funds are sent but not reflected in your account it raises all kinds of red flags and the first thought goes to dark places.
So sorry for that.
Upon investigation, we discovered that although your wire transfer was received, there was a delay in our processing which prevented the timely crediting of your account.
This was a human error and was completely our responsibility. Not that it will help take back the frustration we caused you but...we have taken immediate steps to prevent such delays from happening again, including:
Implementing additional verification check training.
Improving communication protocols between our teams.
We can now confirm your funds have been deposited into your account.
While such delays are uncommon in our system, even one instance is one too many. The problem has been fixed but it was our fault and we deserved your one star review.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right. We hope to regain your trust in the future.

An honest review about Monaxa
Great things about Monaxa.
1. Personal account manager was very helpful in answering query and solving my problems.
2. There is a section in Monaxa platform where you can learn some knowledge about trading.
3. You can directly research a trader to copy on the platform.
4. There are demo accounts (ctrader only), meta 4 and meta5 accounts available.
Some things to improve.
1. Depositing funds via bank transfer, submitting documents for approval, can be done only during working hours. This can be extended to non-working hours.
2. Live chat service is a plus if the query can be handled by them. If not, then have to wait till operational working hours to resolve issue.
General impression. Being a relatively newcomer to Singapore, there are already followers, subscribers, and a healthy pool of traders to copy trade. I believe when the improvements can be made, the experience will be smooth.
