Sounds like something went really wrong here. Can we get your client ID to see what happened and try to make it right? We need to see where the delay happened and when. Was it with us, with your chosen banking method and was it during the weekend when we don't offer support? Please send your CID and we will look into it quickly.

Most likely it was processed instantly on our side but took 3-4 hours due to your chosen banking method. But still... no bad and we thank you for recognizing that.

I've been using Monaxa for almost two weeks now, No problem with withdrawal or profit frozen or whatever that some people had experienced. They were upfront and punctual about their TOS, what to do and not to do. Even have their Supports call me the first day I completed my first test loop (deposit-trade-withdrawal) . The second week withdrawal time is better too. So very straight forward and no problem so far. My regards to the support team.
