هذا السلوك غير مقبول من أي شركة وساطة. من المفترض أن توفر الشركات المحترفة بيانات تنفيذ واضحة عند وجود نزاع.
أنا لا أشتكي من خسارة تداول عادية، بل أشتكي من مشكلة تقنية منعتني من التحكم في صفقاتي.

🚨 UPDATE (April 9, 2026): RESPONSE TO MONAXA’S DECEPTIVE REPLY 🚨
Monaxa’s response is a desperate attempt to distract from a documented technical fraud. They responded to every other review for hours while avoiding mine because they have NO technical explanation for the evidence I hold.
1. The "73-Second Minute" Proof: In their long reply, they conveniently avoided the most critical point: I have forensic video proof of a 73-second minute candle (a 13-second artificial extension) designed to hit stop losses. No "external liquidity provider" or "market condition" can change the laws of time. This is a manual manipulation of the price engine.
2. Admission of Fault: They claim previous payments were "goodwill." Professional brokers do not pay "abusive traders" twice. They paid me twice because my logs proved their system failed. They are now using "Gap Trading" as a generic excuse to void legitimate profits.
3. Collective Action: I have already shared this evidence with a group of 46+ Monaxa traders on WhatsApp. We are now preparing a collective "Class Action" filing with the FSA.
4. Transparency: If Monaxa is "transparent," I challenge them to explain—publicly—how a 1-minute candle lasts 73 seconds on their server. They won't, because they can't.
I am now releasing the Forensic Video on Reddit and YouTube. Prospective clients: Search for "Monaxa 13-second fraud" before depositing a single dollar.
I have been trading with Monaxa using multiple strategies since the day I opened my account. For months, deposits and withdrawals were normal. However, as I began documenting their recurring technical failures—including server freezing and execution lags—their behavior changed.
Whenever I presented video evidence of their errors, they would offer small "goodwill" compensations ($50, $80, etc.) as an admission of fault. But now, after I caught them in a massive "73-second minute candle" manipulation (13 seconds added to a 1-minute candle to hit my SL), they suddenly retaliated by locking my accounts and accusing me of "prohibited strategies."
To all traders: Ask yourselves, would a broker ever compensate a "violating" trader? Of course not. Their prior compensations prove that my trading was legitimate and their platform was failing. They only blocked me when I provided irrefutable forensic video proof of their price engine manipulation.
I have archived every single email, indexed all trade tickets, and have full video recordings of the 13-second disaster and other anomalies. I have filed a formal fraud dossier with the FSA and global regulators. Monaxa is not a broker; it is a manipulated price engine designed to steal funds when you become too accurate. STAY AWAY!

Following a comprehensive investigation of your trading activity, execution logs, and server data, we confirm that all trades were executed in line with live market conditions and available liquidity. No evidence of system malfunction, price manipulation, or execution irregularities has been identified.
Your account activity was found to involve trading practices that violate our Terms and Conditions, including:
Gap trading strategies
Pre-market hedging to exploit potential price gaps
Maintaining minimal margin exposure to maximize gap-related outcomes
Repeated disputes of losses while retaining profits under favorable conditions
Additionally, you were issued two formal warnings regarding these practices. Despite this, the same behavior continued and you continued to ask us for additional compensation beyond our good will gestures followed up with threats of reputational harm.
As a result, we restricted your account to no further trading in accordance with our policies to ensure a fair and transparent trading environment for all clients.
Any previous credits were provided strictly as goodwill gestures, without admission of fault. The credits were an effort to alleviate any friction from the possibility of not understanding our terms. We warned you once, gave credits as goodwill, warned you twice and then finally took action and restricted your account from further trading on the Monaxa platform.
Claims of “manipulation” or “fraud” are unsubstantiated and not supported by system or execution data. Our pricing is sourced from external liquidity providers, and execution is based on real market conditions and fully documented.
We take fair and transparent trading seriously and remain fully prepared to cooperate with any formal review with any regulator you call upon with our own documentation and screenshots.
Our position remains unchanged. We no longer welcome you as a Monaxa trader and we wish you the best of luck trading with another broker.

Traded with Monaxa on regular account during gold and oil rush, made good profit and WD without any issues. But at the same time if the WD is more than 10K the timing must be improved. The product line and services are very good vs our brokers.

Formal Complaint Regarding Withheld Trading Profits – Account 392662
My experience with Monaxa – Profits cancelled after successful trading
I want to share my experience with Monaxa so other traders can be careful.
I opened a standard trading account and deposited around $99. I traded manually on MT5 using the leverage provided by the broker (1:2000). All my trades were placed normally through the platform without any bots, arbitrage systems, or manipulation.
Before the market closed, I opened several small buy positions on Gold (0.01 lots each), gradually increasing my exposure to around 0.39 lots in total. This is a common trading practice where traders scale into positions.
When the market reopened, Gold moved strongly upward due to global events, creating a price gap. My trades became profitable and my account balance reached around $3787.
However, when I requested a withdrawal, Monaxa cancelled all my profits and claimed that I used “gap trading abuse”. They returned only my initial deposit and refused to pay the profits.
I asked them to clearly explain which rule I violated, but their response was simply that my trading created “asymmetric risk for the broker” because of negative balance protection.
In my opinion this is not fair because:• The broker provides the leverage themselves (1:2000).• All trades were executed normally on their platform.• No trading rule clearly prohibits opening positions before market close.
If this trading strategy was not allowed, the broker should have prevented the trades from being opened in the first place instead of cancelling profits after the fact.
This experience has been very disappointing. I hope the company will review this case fairly and reconsider their decision.
Until this issue is resolved, traders should be aware of the potential risks when trading with this broker.
Thank you for your response, but your explanation raises several serious concerns.
First, the trades were executed normally on your platform MetaTrader 5, using the leverage and trading conditions that your company openly provides to clients. At no point did the system block, reject, or warn that these trades violated any rules.
Second, holding positions through market close is a normal and widely used trading practice in the forex and commodities markets. If such activity is considered “prohibited,” the broker should technically prevent those trades from being opened near market close instead of allowing them to execute and later cancelling profits after the fact.
Third, your argument about “asymmetric risk” is not convincing. Every trader also takes risk when holding positions over the weekend because price gaps can move against the trader just as easily as in their favor. The risk is mutual, not one-sided.
Fourth, your Terms & Conditions state that gap trading may be restricted if it is clearly intended to exploit price gaps. However, you have not provided any specific evidence that my trades were part of a systematic strategy designed to exploit gaps. You only stated that the market reopened with a gap in Gold.

Your positions were opened shortly before market close and held over the weekend with high exposure relative to your account balance and credit. When the market reopened, the significant price gap in Gold resulted in an immediate and substantial profit. This trading pattern is classified as gap trading, which is restricted under our Terms & Conditions.
Gap trading is prohibited because it creates asymmetric risk for the broker. During market closure, liquidity is unavailable and prices can reopen far from the previous close. When highly leveraged positions are held through this period:
Clients benefit from large favorable gaps
Brokers remain exposed to extreme adverse gaps
Negative balance protection transfers this downside risk entirely to the broker
This creates a situation where potential losses are limited for the trader but unlimited for the broker, which is not consistent with fair and sustainable trading conditions.
While opening positions before market close is technically possible on the platform, trading strategies that intentionally seek to profit from reopening price gaps with high leverage fall under restricted practices. Trading platform functionality does not override the contractual rules governing acceptable trading behavior.
Our policies are designed to ensure:
* Fair market participation
* Long-term platform stability for all clients
Following a detailed review, the profits generated from this activity were determined to fall under prohibited strategy conditions. Therefore, as per the Terms & Conditions, profits were voided and your initial deposit was returned.

Prohibited trading behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
a. Opening disproportionately large, one-sided positions ahead of news events;
b. Relying on protections such as negative balance protection to repeatedly engage in high-risk, event-driven trading tactics; or
c. Executing trades that are not in line with normal market behaviour and instead are focused on timing volatility spikes across correlated instruments; or
d. Gap trading is prohibited in the following cases:
○ Opening positions within five (5) minutes before major economic news, earnings, or global events likely to cause price gaps. Opening trades within two (2) hours of a market close when the market will be shut for more than two (2) hours, to exploit reopening gaps.

b. void, reject or modify any positions deemed to be abusive or inconsistent with normal and fair market usage;
c. revoke access to any promotional offerings, such as bonuses or protections (e.g., negative balance

d. enforce the trade or trade(s) against you if it is a Trade or Trades which results in you owing money to us;
e. treat all your trades as void if they are Trades which result in us owing money to you, unless and until you produce conclusive evidence within 30 days of our request that you have not in fact committed any breach of warranty, misrepresentation or undertaking under this Agreement.
