I had had a rather bad experience with a company that behaved as if they couldn't care less about me or my investment, although, when I originally signed up with them, they were receiving high praise in the comments section of the Better Business Bureau. I noticed, after a few years, when gold was skyrocketing, my investment was barely moving; I also happened to notice that the positive coments were disappearing from the BBB website and were being replaced by rather severe complaints.
After this, I was skittish about trusting Monetary Gold, and took a while to make the move. It was a case of "once burned, twice shy."
DAVID was very helpful and took the time over the course of several days to ensure that I understood the issues regarding my investments; how Monetary Gold would work in my behalf; and further helped educate me regarding various elements of my account.
